I am a lifelong Pink Floyd fan. I have almost everything they have ever recorded, on vinyl. This is by far my favorite album of theirs and “Dogs” is probably my favorite song from that album. I love watching a man like you discover this for the first time. It is extremely moving for me. And to the 58 people that gave it a thumbs down, you’re either idiots, trolls or have no musical soul whatsoever.
This is in the group of 3 greatest GOAT records I have in my collection. Dark Side of the Moon, Wish you Were Here, and Animals. I would take The Wall to a deserted Island with Beatles White and Zeps Physical Graffiti.
I like you have everything they've ever recorded. Including the theme for Moore, which I have never opened! Bought my first 8-track of them in 67,started collecting from there. Still have many on 8-track, vinyl. I had recorded hundreds of cassettes, since they always went camping with us . CDs are good they don't have the same warmth as vinyl. As for those listening off the internet, all this music is compressed. Much of it is missing when you hear it! Because of that, if you think it's the greatest thing you've ever heard while listening on the internet. it can't compare. And when it comes to live, they they where hands down the best. Had the opportunity to see them perform animals in an open Stadium. and fly the pig swung from a crane. The music was so loud they could hear it inside Sky Harbor International three miles away. The second night Tempe Arizona made them turn the music down. I was glad I went to the first, though I was deaf for a week. LOL Sorry the memories of an old man are the Deeds of a man in his prime. ✌️🤠
I’ve seen them live here in the Bay Area back in 77 during the Animal’s tour. And I’ve seen them every time they come back, I’ve even seen every solo show Roger and David
What Shall we do now, When the Tigers Broke Free, The Thin Ice, Pigs, Time, Echoes, Shine On, Mother, hell I could go on and on 😂 they have many upon many great compositions
I love this song so much that when I finally bought an electric guitar after not having one for 20 years I built it with the exact parts and pickups Gilmour used for this album.
Can´t say I would get the meaning behind this without the Lyrics or any PF song for that matter, The words came first and a music skeleton from Waters. The rest with Waters built the music atmosphere, Brilliant altogether. Its a myth Waters just brought words and then sat back for a song , Which his antis like to believe .
@@kevanbodsworth9868 nothing brings meaning to Waters lyrics like Gilmours guitars. Nothing gives meaning to Gilmours guitar than Waters lyrics. Period. Waters stuff is trash post PF. Gilmours is slightly better but nothing like with Waters.
My dad gave me his Floyd records when I was like 11 or 12 said I was ready. I knew the music was life changing then as a kid. As I grew older I never stopped listening and as the years continue to roll off the calendar the songs become more and more relevant. No doubt, some of the best music in human history....
On a really long drive from Philadelphia to Chicago I made my Pop a Pink Floyd fan.. he said it was a soundtrack for a movie that didn't exist but the music fills in all the blanks...
I was fifteen, when I heard this record the first time. Don't know how often I listened to it in the past 43 years. Love "The Wall" really. But yes, I agree: "Animals" is in my opinion still the best.
Here I sit at 5 am listening to dogs with you, what a great way to start the day. This is my favorite PF album bought it when it came out I was 14 and fell in love with it , I pulled it out two weeks ago for my 57th birthday and put it on the turn table and I love it as much as the first time I heard it. Hopefully you will do the rest of it soon. Great job...♡
Nice to hear the word turntable. I'm glad you put on an album, I have my component sound system that still sounds great. And have most of my vinyl from back then, and newer versions of albums. But I loved the special effects on that tour. One of my many favorite songs by Floyd. Saw them live 4 times., once at MSG. Happy 57th birthday 🎂
Ken Taylor, it sure is. Absolutely timeless, even though it specifically names british politicians from the 1970s. It still apply today, just change the names.
I was 23 when this came out, and just a couple years from getting out of the Army. Imagine cracking the cellophane off this and sitting down with your friends and a big bowl to hear for the first time. And no lyric sheets, just listening to what they said. Loved that new album experience.
I’ve listen to this song a million times, and not once until now have I thought to myself “what are the dogs saying?” in the dogs barking section of the song. I probably would have went on listening to it without thinking about it, if you hadn’t pointed it out. So that opened my mind up to even more wonder. That was cool you mentioned that. And I’m glad you looked up the meaning beforehand, that way you knew exactly what was being talked about as the song went on. Since you did this song, you should also consider reacting to the song Pigs and the song Sheep. This is from Pink Floyd’s album Animals, which is a concept album, they say it’s based on the book Animal Farm by George Orwell. The album has 3 main songs (4 songs overall, there’s a song called “Pigs On The Wing” but it’s a different sort of thing). These songs deal with 3 different facets of society and liken them to animals. Dogs as you can see is about the businessmen who backstab and perpetuate the “dog eat dog world” idea. The song Pigs is about like the higher up people in social positions of power. And the song Sheep is about the regular everyday people at the bottom of the social ladder who just go on through life doing as their told. In my opinion Dogs is probably the most complex song of the 3 and the biggest one to digest, and seeing as that you’ve already done it, maybe you should go ahead and knock out the other 2 as well. I mean lyrically Pigs might be the most complex one to digest. But in all other departments, like musically, with all the changes throughout the song, and it’s length, and just how vast it is, Dogs is the most complex I think. Either way, even if you don’t decide to react to the other 2 it’s all good. I still look forward to what ever songs you have in store for future reactions. -Have a great day
I always thought, because of the synthesizer modulation, that they almost WERE words mixed with the simulated dog sound in that segment.....further suggested by the rhythm of it, which seems to be in a very preacher-like manner. Good call regarding the rest of it.
Man, I sure wish there was a live video version of this album in concert!!! I really want to see who is playing what and when, the guitars I mean. And how the synthesizer dog sounds are done. I mean I know who plays what aaaarg, never mind........I just wish I could see it.
Ikr?!? I love watching him getting into the music. He has great understanding of the meaning of these songs. Btw, this is my favorite song from the Animals album.
I knew Jamal was going to be impressed with the lyrics. When Gilmour sang about backstabbing, he got so worked up. And when there was the part of the "sad old man", he realized how not only these lyrics are deep, but also absolutely ruthless. This entire album in general is ruthless, and I love it for that. Great reaction as always. The rabbit hole of classic rock is one we all like to dive.
miko1975guitar Waters wrote all of the tracks on Animals. Lyrics and music. Sang and performed on all. Gilmour only contributed to one track writing with Waters
Seen Roger do this song live before...during the Dog part interlude, the band busted out a table and played a round of cards. It was quite awesome really.
When I wore a younger man clothes,my friends and I would “relax”and listen to this.On one occasion one of my friends got up to look for the dog that was barking.
I totally did that at Waters In the Flesh tour. I was so into the performance, then the barking started in the speakers to the rear, I turned to look for the dog, then realizing it was part of the song I felt like an idiot. Lol
I had the same thing happen with a friend of mine, except it was with the Wall. I'm sorry to say i can't remember the song right now but there's a place where there's a helicopter over head. I had a really good stereo in my truck and we were way out in the strip pits. Suddenly it gets quiet and you hear the bird and it sounds like it's coming right down on top of us. He literally opened the door to start looking for it when the music started. He wasn't very familiar with the Floyd and couldn't believe it was coming from a cassette deck. I had to rewind it to prove it. I had a good chuckle but he was slightly pissed because i didn't stop him from getting out. Probably more from me laughing at him. The Floyd are an experience not just music to be listened to.
@@michaelbronco1023 I know the feeling Michael. I've done that too with a really good sound system I heard dogs barking and I had to look behind me. LOL
This is one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs. "You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to, so that when they turn their backs on you, you'll get the chance to put the knife in" love that line. George Orwell's Animal Farm helped provide some of the inspiration for this album.
the first time I heard this song I remember my dad played it and we were driving home late at night in the middle of nowhere coming home from a fishing trip or something and I'll never forget that feeling I got from it just looking out the window into the darkness with my imagination going crazy, now that I've grown up I still play it if we happen to be driving somewhere late at night
I've been listening to this my whole life. Watching your reaction makes it like I'm listening again for the first time. Solid insights! This has some of the best guitar work by David Gilmour. I get chills every time I hear it. Thanks for the review!
Dave deserves his kudos, but HENDRIX was the MASTER of the Strat, hands down! Hendrix was the impetus for a lot of the guitar effects that came later, since players had a hard time recreating what Jimi could do without the effects boxes! Jimi also rewired his own Marshall amps to get a unique sound.
@@chestypullerfan2 So silly talk about Hendrics, when we have Gilmour & PF! Hendrics is a lilliputian in music (I don't remember ALL his songs!), Gilmour is a Giant!
Yep..”Reclined” is the best way...lost track of how many times me and my friends were lounging on a sofa in my friends basement with the lights low, spliffs on the go and listening to Floyd..good times
I consider it a shame, no, a sin that the farmers of the spliff got greedy for fame, that is the desire to manipulate up to the strongest ever created. I recall rolling a cigarette pack full to take to a concert (hell, to get through the day!) It was a great socially bonding experience to puff and pass and groove on good music. Then the content went from 3% to 23% and higher, and as we got higher the one-hit made us say "I pass". It's been many years since I enjoyed sparking one up. Well, at least we have good memories!
My God yes. I’d go to my mates flat, it’d get late, he’d put on his red lamp and green lamp, Floyd on the stereo.....it was magic. Some 30 years later I can still see it clear as day.......reefer smoke drifting through the light and an amazing feeling of contentment and relaxation. Happy days.
Imagine being a teen when most of Floyd came out....it was an event. We planned a night around first listen with some primo weed/acid and good alcohol..........I know, sounds terrible but we came thru ok.
Not terrible Dash, the way of the day! Did it all. Hash, weed, blotter and liquid LSD, good booze as you said. Not only Floyd but we were lucky to have so many excellent musicians and bands, not to mention the fact that it'll never happen again. I still own and play vinyl. Loved the aroma when I opened the album. David Gilmour was the soul of the band. Waters was a great lyricist. Nice rapping with ya and remember, "There is no dark side of the Moon really, matter of fact, it's all dark" Peace
@@57darkhorse I highly agree with all you said. It was the way of the day.......so glad we got to experience a magical period. Heck I still buy vinyl. Wish I still did some of the 'other' stuff too, wink
@@AZ-gw8un all he said was "Gilmour was the soul of the band".. not the founder. not everyone knows the back story behind every band, we share the news hoping to expand others knowledge on such things. not shove it down their throat with disgust that they didn't know better in the first place. :)
It's a concept album based on George Orwell's "Animal Farm". The dogs in the book are the muscle/security that serve and protect the greedy and crooked pigs who run the farm after they kick out the oppressive farmer. It's one of my favorite books and this is my favorite Pink Floyd album. Both are masterpieces.
I saw them tour after this came out. It was my first PF show, and I've never forgotten it! Gilmour's guitar was so edgy and raw - it cut like a laser! And this was back before there were volume limits in most arenas, so he was REALLY loud. Dogs remains one of my top PF songs to see live. The lyrics, the solos, the coda at the end - just stunning to see it played well live. Until you experience that you don't really get the full savage intent of it from the studio recording.
Agreed! Totally cool and I'm so glad you pointed out they are making you think what the dogs are saying.....it never actually occurred to me after all these years.... Man you are one switched on dude!! 🎶🦊🐑🐷

Thankful for UA-cam, and the comments are icing on the cake...to hell with any dietetic empty crap in today's top 10. No, 40...I mean top 100.
One of my favourite tune. One of the longest track ever after Echoes. It brings you in another dimension that only Pink Floyd does. I would recommend you Pigs 🐷 or Welcome to the Machine. Thanks for this video and keep going on with your great uploads.
The last time I ever dropped acid was at the concert in Houston promoting the ANIMALS album. Talk about Tripping, outdoor venue in the summertime and it rained! Needless to say Pink Floyd was spectacular!😎
The closest I got to that was Rodger Waters performing Dark Side of the Moon, with a large bag of joints. I was a new fan, so the first time I heard 'Great Gig in the Sky', was live. I had a full body orgasm, high as a kite, and lazer lights rolling over me, and the voice....!! Pure bliss!
Saw Roger Waters in Houston on 3gs of shrooms. Didn't need it to enjoy, but oh man it was life changing. He played this song as well right when I was peaking.
Without a doubt, Animals is my favorite Pink Floyd album...it was gifted to me by a friend who didn't want it since it had no radio hits. A life changing event for me, a foolish mistake for him.
This is me and My daughters song. This is my favorite Pink Floyd song of all time and Pink Floyd are my favorite Band. Animals is an album we had on repeat when my little girl was brought home from the hospital and she used to sleep on my chest while we played this. To this day she listens to this album with me and she knows the music at heart. Thank you so much for this. You are amazing
@@brettg274 and Izzy, I absolutely love PF, but I've never cared much for Echoes. To me it seems boring, just going up and down the same 5 consecutive notes over and over. Maybe I need to give it another listen, to try and hear what other people are getting from it. I've listened to all their albums, but nothing from before DSOTM stands out.
@@brettg274 yes, i agree that Meddle is good, just for me personally, Echoes isn't my favorite off the album. David Gilmour said in an interview that Meddle was the album when they sort of found their niche, or something like that. They also did a movie soundtrack in that time period that's pretty good, but I can't remember the name of it.
“If you replaced the dogs barking with the humans, what would they be saying?” Heard this a hundred times and have never been so grateful to hear barking. Great observation!
The Animals album that came out in 1977 is a concept album discussing the various types human behaviors, comparing them to animals. Dogs is the second song on the album that discusses the element of humanity that goes the way of the Machiavellian businessman. Discussing the cut-throat life style they lead, always trying to overcome one another to become "top-dog". The final line prior to the first instrumental break. (And in the end you'll pack up and fly down south, hid your head in the sand...") describes what becomes of their life after years of lying, deceiving, and betraying others to get to the top, just a sad old man with no love. But I like to think of Dogs in another light. Those who live on the street, grew up in a troubled household with no guidance and had to make their own way in life. Resorting to what needs to be done for their survival, like a stray dog living day to day. Some of these "dogs" resort to crime to make ends meet, others resort to working blue collar jobs gaining minimum wage to barely scrape by. Others go into the business of law enforcement, seeing the dark side of humanity. "As the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone", regarding the experiences they take in everyday. Dogs really encapsulates those who venture into the grittier part of humanity, get their hands dirty to keep the machine turning. I think most of us can say we either know a "dog" or are a "dog" themselves. But that's the beauty of Dogs, Animals the album, and Pink Floyd in general. Their music leaves interpretation to the listener as to what they think the message means. I personally didn't know much about Dogs after my first few listens, as my first interpretation was pretty much my second paragraph. Now, the next two tracks, Pigs and Sheep, are a little more linear in their meaning but thats why I love this song and the album as a whole. Great reaction to this, it's a deep track that really needs a few listens to be fully taken in. Hopefully you are open to checking out other artists, especially progressive rock artists, that explore similar themes to Pink Floyd!
Pink Floyd is loved and well respected all around the world and for good reason their lyrics are true and make sense to everyone and the music is a little bit of everything from everyone
teppolundgren, Haven’t seen you at Fil’s in months. Brad has been bullying Lynn, accusing her of being you, and being a man. If I could, I’d ban him from the channel. Did he get ugly with you?
@@beachgirl4583 I don't even know who Brad is. And I guess I'm a bit bored with how Fil is constantly trying to find GREAT things about every artist he watches performing. It doesn't matter what they do. Fil will exaggerate the tiniest detail, whether it's deserved or not. And it feels a bit dishonest to me, as if he's only doing it to get more subscribers. Even more relevant. I was late teen early twenties growing up and fully comprehending the messages in many lyrics of the day aka war pigs 100% should wake everyone up . The lies today are 1000% more bombastic than the 1970 😳😳😳
My friend, your reactions are so priceless. I discovered this album when i was 14 years old. I am from Paraguay, South America, tried so hard to understand the lyrics (beacose the leanguage), each sentence i understood was a deep learning. Now i am a 26 PhD student and still learning so much from Floyd. You are in the right path.
JR/SR years in High School Late 70's sitting in my room with some friends studying the effects of THC thru a water bong while listening to Animals... come on.. welcome to the ride my brother...
I saw Roger Waters on his Us and Them tour a few years ago and he opened the second half of his set with this! All 17 minutes of it! I could not have been more happily surprised! One of my favorite Floyd songs. The part where he sings "So have a good drown, while you go down, all alone, dragged down by the stone" makes me break out in goosebumps every time.
I love watching this song move you. It's literally an epic song. When did this come out, 1975? Its truth is even more evident today 45 years later- it's gotten better with age.
If I have to pick a favorite song of all time, it is this. The production is immaculate. Audiophiles are absolutely in love with this one. Folk who are not audiophiles can't help but be in love with Gilmore's perfect guitar work. For my money, it is the best guitar ever recorded. If I am on a desert island and only can pick one song to bring with me, it is this one and there isn't a close second.
PF always great. Their songs are certainly capable of standing on an individual basis but this band made their albums to be experienced as a whole. May not be realistic to react to an entire album but definitely recommended for personal time listening.
That track is the GOAT never gets old never gets boring been listening to it for 30 years of my life still love it just a masterpiece .. one of your best vids brother much love keep it up
The whole album is bomb. I see it as one long song. I love watching you enjoy Mr. Gilmour’s guitar playing. I can’t wait for you to review the rest of this album, so that you can listen to it all the way through.
By far my favorite Pink Floyd album! Stripped down and lean, like a mad max NASCAR. The keyboards are the sounds of being up way past your bedtime and wondering if you're still asleep or waking up and not realizing it... Absolutely brilliant!!!
Floyd is a great at what they do as Zeppelin is great at what they do. 2 totally different ways to approach rock n roll but both are the best! Dark Side of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, and Animals are all superior records.
Canelo, for someone who never heard Floyd ever. Like Jamal. As great as The Wall is, it's a very commercialized version of Pink Floyd. Add Meddle or any earlier Floyd lp.They are all light years away from radio friendly "We Don't Need No Education" or "Comfortably Numb."

I'm so happy to see this album getting more and more love. For years it seemed like this was the forgotten album as everyone raved about DSotM, WYWH, The Wall, and Meddle. This album may be my personal favorite in the PF catalog and holds up extremely well against all the others.
I was so lucky to get to go to the Pink Floyd animals concert. It was incredible. What I wish for younger folks is that they could go to more live concerts like we used to. There were concerts all the time but most importantly they were affordable.
Jason Bryce, that's too funny! Mine probably would too, but she's 14 and doesn't hear much anymore. They actually recorded a real dog moaning and howling on one of their albums, the song is called "seamus". It's about the silliest song PF ever did.
@@rorylapidus5772 wow, I didn't think of that. There used to be a commercial for Beggin' Strips dog snacks that would send my dog into a frenzy. The commercial was an animation dog but I was convinced they used one of those whistles that only dogs could hear. We were already talking about Big Brother in another thread earlier. He is present in TV commercials as well as phones and computers.

Everytime I hear the solos, this comes to my mind: Guitar Solo 1: A big and goofy hound running to catch a rabbit. Guitar Solo 2(harmonized one): A mix of sadness and pity towards the dog. Guitar Solo 3: A old dog struggling to keep on. Keyboard Solo: That floating synth is like being in the ocean, and the repeating "Stone" is actually dragging the character more and more deep into it. The solo himself is a crying dog. Guitar Solo 4: I have no fucking clue. I just dig it.

One of the hardest hitting for me being a business school graduate. Every line hits me, I do feel like a dog.

Animals was so brutal, most critics at the time where flabbergasted and didn't seem to get it at all. Its a brilliant album.
Pink Floyd doesn’t have to use words to express their meanings, the instruments speak just as much as the lyrics do.
Can´t say I would get the meaning behind this without the Lyrics or any PF song for that matter, The words came first and a music skeleton from Waters. The rest with Waters built the music atmosphere, Brilliant altogether. Its a myth Waters just brought words and then sat back for a song , Which his antis like to believe .
vicki Conley very true . But this song the Lyrics go hand in hand.

True.
But there's dogs, pigs and sheep in every era. That's what makes it a timeless song.
My dad gave me his Floyd records when I was like 11 or 12 said I was ready. I knew the music was life changing then as a kid. As I grew older I never stopped listening and as the years continue to roll off the calendar the songs become more and more relevant. No doubt, some of the best music in human history....
You are so lucky to have a Father with such wisdom and foresight, welcome to the world of Pink Floyd. I hope you realise how lucky you are.

On a really long drive from Philadelphia to Chicago I made my Pop a Pink Floyd fan.. he said it was a soundtrack for a movie that didn't exist but the music fills in all the blanks...

I was 23 when this came out, and just a couple years from getting out of the Army. Imagine cracking the cellophane off this and sitting down with your friends and a big bowl to hear for the first time. And no lyric sheets, just listening to what they said. Loved that new album experience.
This song is their masterpiece. They have a ton of great songs and great albums, but this is the best
-Have a great day
Very well said. Thank you!
@@daveking9393 Agreed! Can't wait until he does Pigs and Sheep!
I always thought, because of the synthesizer modulation, that they almost WERE words mixed with the simulated dog sound in that segment.....further suggested by the rhythm of it, which seems to be in a very preacher-like manner.
Good call regarding the rest of it.
Muy bueno!
Man, I sure wish there was a live video version of this album in concert!!! I really want to see who is playing what and when, the guitars I mean. And how the synthesizer dog sounds are done. I mean I know who plays what aaaarg, never mind........I just wish I could see it.

Dogs is my favorite. Deep, Heavy lyrics.
Heidi Clark me too. This song is simply amazing. For me in my youth listening to this was a true journey...
This whole album is amazing! it gives me the chills every time.

Probably the best iteration of Roger’s live band. Doyle’s blues background was well suited to Gilmour’s parts.

Lol

God created the Fender Strat and then created David Gilmour to play it!
In between He gave us Hank Marvin.
Did he not. 😊

I consider it a shame, no, a sin that the farmers of the spliff got greedy for fame, that is the desire to manipulate up to the strongest ever created.
Happy days.

David Gilmour is unbelievable. Says much with so little.
This album is my favorite guitar work from Gilmour. His guitar simply has unique voice blending gritty rock and smooth emotive licks.
David Gilmour is the reason I started playing guitar. The man is a genius!

It’s getting late and this showed up in my recommended and I was like let’s see what he thinks about the guitar solos and here I am at 4am watching this entire video now 😂 I should have known better
lol me too
Me three, lol
Alright, I've watched enough of your reaction vids. I can't take it anymore. I'm comin over to your house so we can jam out to some of these songs in person. I don't even care if you have the Corona virus. Lol. I'm comin over!
My best David Gilmour solo for me. He literally owned the song. Keep it coming 👊
Pink Floyd Animals, my all time favorite Floyd album. Thanks so much!
I,ve watched you listening to pink floyd recently an love it, i am 55 and all i can say is, MUSIC THAT MOVES YOU can never go away, thanks for recognizing
I really like the live version of Echoes from Gdansk, Poland. Last time David Gilmore and Richard Wright played this song together. Gilmore said he would never play it again. Give it a listen!!
Agree...the best of an amazing song. I listened to it non stop from houston to tokyo...and never...never thought of changing what I was listening to. One of the most creative songs...EVER
Mr. Carlson: What is the name of that orchestra?
Dr.Jonnie Fever: Pink Floyd.
Mr.C: Do I hear dogs?
Dr.JF: I certainly hope so. Cause I sure do.
David Wilkinson I was hoping someone would post the WKRP reference. Well done.
"I don't do requests"
Now it's time for more Jonnie and Less Nessman! Classic line...

@@cornfedjuggalo Classic...love it. I've got that episode on a DVD...recorded from air in syndication, so the music is all intact. Coincidentally, that scene is from WKRP's most famous episode, "Turkeys Away."
Rogers vocal part is so scathing and accusatory. It’s my favorite part of the song set aside the phenomenal guitar work.
Dude!!
You break down barriers racial and otherwise. You do it with dignity, grace, and love. There are people in history that ring true in the human condition that will never leave my heart.Nelson Mandela, Bob Marley, Martin Luther King, etc etc. The ability to reach masses and cross boundaries was undeniable. I have always relied on my sister and music in my darkest hours. I would be in jail or dead if not for those two things. Music has been my anchor in life. I can’t tell you how much I’ve appreciated you, respect you as a human and your mission to keep great music alive. Out of all the reaction videos you stand out(I like those dudes that look like you could blindfold with dental floss too. Frankenstein Lab)
You’re positivity and beautiful heart emanate from your post. Keep up the good work my man
Everytime I hear the solos, this comes to my mind:
Guitar Solo 1: A big and goofy hound running to catch a rabbit.
I got to see the Battersea Power station. It was near our flat in London but I didn't realize that, and my ex-husband took me on the train, he wanted for me to see it.
I've played the grooves off of Pink Floyd. Truth therapy from geniuses.
I still wonder how in the hell did they even come to the point of this creation. Epic. Legendary. Timeless
And then i remember
Oh yeah
Its
Pink Floyd
"Pigs" and "Sheep" next? :P
I LOVE playing the guitar solos on my guitar. Pink Floyd has and will always be my #1
Once in a lifetime, who couldn't learn from Floyd !!. I've watched a good few of your reactions, you have a beautiful view on music, stay real, much love from the UK.
Hell yea.
You're very perceptive man.
The dogs and humans moving in parallel universes entwined in their thinking trying to survive perhaps on the street looking for scraps. Been there done that. You feel kinda like a dog when you're struggling to eat.
Thanks Brotha🙏🏾
Gotta say my favorite part is when Gilmour sings. Of course he IS my favorite, so I'm biased, but DAMN
His guitar playing is phenomenal, but I have always loved his vocals as well. He has a better range than Waters. Also his voice intonations, perfect pitch and ability to hold those long notes at times are awesome.
I love the expressions on your face during the solos when they throw that stank on it
I've been watching all your reactions to Pink Floyd, and it's been wicked cool watching you go from awe at them because they were so outside your experience to stunned amazement at the shear talent to beginning to understand the social commentary that Floyd is so well known for. In the end it comes back to the music. Dogs is a personal favorite. Probably the single most tasteful lead in the history of music. Love it man.
Just seeing the joy and feeling in your reaction makes us Floyd fans happy. Dogs is a masterpiece...
