I do this every morning for my breakfast but you don't have to make sugar white like that. Just make the pan as hot as it goes and pour the eggs in while heating, once you hear sizzle, turn stove down to half and let cook slowly. This will puff them up naturally without added sugar :)
(PS: Make sure to whisk and airate your egg together with chop stick before putting in pan.)

Guys use blender or mixer instead of wasting your energy. Whisking with hand may never give that creamy texture in the egg white
When I first made this with sugar I was thrown off cuz it was sweeter than I thought, so I tried it without sugar and I wanna tell u guys it still works! The consistency is just a little off

Better to sacrifice a spoon of the egg whites into the yolk first, then combine both so it doesn’t deflate as easily and you won’t feel so much of a time crunch.

I tried this today. But , on the egg white when I added powdered sugar on it and whisk it for 15-20 mins there is no white cream on the egg white . And I got the fluffy mix liquidly .
