Canadian tour. Stop at different provinces, stealth camp at different downtowns. Spend more than an overnight. Try famous restaurants and rate the food...
for me, in the van life videos, the MOST satisfying part is when they have a shower. Imagining the clean feeling they must feel afterwards is just everything.
For suggestions: Just partake in any adventure you want, just keep showing video of you cooking and living out of your van. I find that interesting. It's all good!
Ryan, would love to see a tour of the great lakes. There are so many beautiful rock features and rich history in those areas. You could start in mn at the mn canada border and just follow along the us side of the lakes
Thanks to you, Ryan, we got the inspiration and knowledge to get our own van and get the hell out of TX for awhile to find a FREE spot with a SPECTACULAR view of the Tetons! I can't believe we did it! I've been cooking some great meals with my Instant Pot Mini too, which is a GREAT tool for vanlife! Highly recommend if you can find the room to store it.
You need a bunkie board for your bed. It's just a piece of wood with fabric over it that goes over those slats. It's much more supportive and you won't break em with your knee
Ryan head back up the 395 towards Mammoth Lakes. Rent a fishing boat from one of the lakes on the June Lake Loop. There are many dispersed camping options in that area south east of Mammoth. Maybe go check out Bodie Ghost Town north of Lee Vining. Just ideas for you. It gets warm during the day but cools off at night. Safe travels amigo 👊
Hey Ryan, idk if you'll see this, but I do have a suggestion. I've seen some van lifers have a mesh over their side doors to keep the bugs out. Idk how hard that would be to attach to your side door, but I feel like it'd help you out a lot. Love the videos btw
Always wondered why he didn't have that, even one of the guys he traveled with the last couple vids had one. there's some magnetic ones that would be a great way to do it where it didn't have to be permanently attached
Suggestion for something future… Have you ever done the Oregon Trail? I’m not American but know it’s important in US history in regards to goods and food delivery. There is so much online in regard to recipes that would’ve been made during this time, too.
Cleaning the blades is more important the little bit if dust on the screen. Smallest amount on the blades effect the efficiency way more. Just a suggestion
I absolutely love it when you explore the coastal routes. Maybe this summer you can do the Pacific Coast Highway. The beach stops, surfing, and coastal views are incredible. Stops at Big Sur, Monterey, and Malibu would be perfect.
Plumas County, Cal. 40 miles NW of Reno. CA route 70. 5,200 ft up. Cool nights. Frenchman Lake, Davis Lake, Graeagle, Portola, QuincyCA. Then N on 89 to Lake Almanor. Lassen Volcano Park. Yep!
Your adaptation to vanlife, living in parking lots with a blend of video games and homemade leftovers, reflects resilience and creativity. Your ability to find comfort and joy in simplicity is inspiring. Here's to embracing unconventional living with zest. And I am Floating Village Life.
Mav too popular I surpose. Maybe he thought it would bring him down a little and bring ryan way up. Can't afford to lose a little I guess. Myself stopped watching mav don't like his music even if he plays a second cant stand it.. I am not popular also... oh well rather be broke than promote that awful music only my opinion.
Come to Colorado again, I have a boat and live by a lake near Aspen/Basalt called Ruedi, some world class fly fishing in the area and some great camping spots near by. Let me know if you're interested. Big fan and have watched every video of yours. -Patrick
A trip to Maine, then up to Canada, across to Washington state. Or the farthest road from one side to the other in US. His some interesting things on the way. Or route 66 from Chicago all the way to the end.
Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to stay in the van. Almost always quiet, safe and relaxing. Unfortunately, they are really only located in the South and a few in California. My last trip from SoCal to Florida I stayed at Cracker Barrel 90% of the time.
Go watch the earthling ricky plays in before silver spoons. Tried to survive in Australia when he lost his parents doing the camping thing. Lots of action but not for everyone. He was taught how to fish with no equipment. Only my 2 cents.
Drive that joint to Charleston, SC bro. come catch a Riverdogs baseball game, go fishing at the Battery, skateboard at bridge spot, play some arcade games and drink craft beer @ Pinky & Clyde’s, eat chinese BBQ (yes I said that) at King BBQ, anddd ya might just spot legendary Bill Murray or Danny McBride walking around because they live here
Hey Ryan. Come to Colorado. Specifically Estes Park and BlackHawk, CO. Estes is right outside the Rocky Mountain National Park and Blackhawk is full of cool mountain casinos. Both towns make for great content plus its nice and cool up here. Great location to beat the Summer heat 😊
Hey Ryan, nice videos you have, we like watching your videos especially the ones when you are speaking in the video!! We watch from San Antonio Texas, so if you’ve never been here, come on down and see the Alamo 👍
It’s always good when you upload I miss when you upload your journey every day and your trips wish you could go back to that you posting every day good old days
What?! I thought you were gonna go Route 66 this northern summer? Didn’t you say that in a previous video? I was looking forward to it 😊 It’s freezing here in Sydney now. Show me some warm places 😂
Bro, North Cali to Nova Scotia, Canada. Cooler temps, nice parks, etc… You will have to decide on which ride you wanna take, the Dodge or Japanese Mini truck.
Go to the Atlantic Canada Provinces Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick all super beautiful and very different in their own ways
Hey Ryan, I recommend a camp out on the last dollar road near Telluride, Colorado. I was there recently and it is majestic! Stay cool this summer. Looking forward to see where you goin' and what's cookin'! Love from Australia
Please come to upstate NY and New England this summer!! Travel 66 to Chicago, then up around Great Lakes and come down into Buffalo or 1000 lakes then adk, and all VT, NH & ME then up to Nova Scotia. What a killer trip!!
Hi Ryan, long time viewer. I particularly liked how you shared your process and plan for finding a comfortable place to stay that wasn't burning up. With all the crazy thunderstorms and hail we've had in the midwest, I'd be curious to know how far out you watch weather forecasts and adjust your route so you avoid potential damage to the ride. Keep up the great videos!
Head for Laughlin, Nevada on the Colorado River. Hot in the daytime but you can always sit in a casino and use your lap top to while away the time or go to the library in Bullhead City, AZ. It does cool down during the night too.
would love to visit you in yellowstone at the end of august if you're around! im planning on taking a 10 day trip and seeing as much of it as i can. love your videos man been watching you for a couple years now, they give me so much inspiration to keep exploring and finding new views.
Have you ever been to Flagstaff Arizona? Summertime it's only mid '80s so it's not too bad and there's some beautiful areas of Flagstaff and you can get some fishing in
Use 2 pillowcases for the washing - one will fit all the duvet cover and sheet and the other for clothes. Separated and easy to transport! Yes, I have issues! 😂
Definitely travel to Colorado and find a good Mexican mom and pop shop that serves green chili smothered breakfast burritos. Go with bacon. Dont even test the gods. Theres a 3 way contest for the best green chili in America between CO, NM and AZ. Try all 3. Rate them as you’re there. Make it 3 separate videos with a best overall winner. Its going to be CO. 👍🏼
My wife and I are looking into box trucks and neither of us have carpentry skills or electrical skills/plumbing skills etc. and we're wanting to know how people like us could go about building a truck to join the van life/box life family? Is there a website somewhere that has blueprints with exact measurements so we can simply show up to a Home Depot or Lowe's and tell them exactly what we want to make it as easy as possible with doing our own installation? Or would it make more sense for us to pay someone else to do it? I feel like her and I could totally do it ourselves, but we'd definitely need some kind of blueprints or a cheat sheet that we could follow the step by step instructions in regards to installation. The thing that honestly intimidates us the most is setting up the electrical. We want a smaller stove inside, a toilet, perhaps a shower setup, and I also have my computer that would need to be up and working inside as well. We know we'd need solar panels up on top of the truck and have watched a ton of van life/box life videos so we have some ideas.. but no idea what the best way to start pushing the needle so we could do this ourselves! Thanks!
Go north for sure. Should ship the van oversees it sounds like a lot but a van trip to Japan would be dope. It’s also a safe place to visit for Americans.
You definitely need a more comfortable headset to allow you to get immersed even more 😅 awesome video dude and congratulations on the legendary sponsors recently!
Man I watch your videos so much, that you need to go ahead and plug some ads into your videos so I don’t have to wait and watch an ad I don’t care about 😂 someone sponsor this dude I love his videos, hate being interrupted by an ad
Ryan head to North Cascades in Washington State or South side of Mt Hood , Sisters Oregon...Santium Pass , Great fishing in the rivers and lakes..Suttle Lake area..Oregon Peace Bro !
Congratulations on your new sponsor. The laptop looks very nice. Hope you are well. You sounded tired or bored today. Hope you have a better weekend. Take care out there. 😊
Ryan, you should drive up from LA to Ventura and all the way up the coast to Monterey CA. Don't know if you've done it before, but it's a really great drive and great weather. Love the videos, keep them coming bro!
Hey Ryan, Fellow San Diegan here. I live down in Chula Vista. There’s a road( H street / Proctor Valley road ) that you can take East from the 125. It turns into a fire road that runs all the way up to Jamul. I don’t know if it’s BLM land or not but I heard it’s haunted with a woman ghost that comes out at night wearing a blue dress. Would love to see a video of you looking for the ghost and or going to the Jamul Casino which is right there at the end of the road.
As always great video and yes time to head for the high grounds as summer is upon us. And the white comforter does look good along with the white table etc. class there lol. As always safe travels man
Hey Ryan, love all the videos you’ve done and I’ll continue watching. Seen you come to New Mexico before but there are lots of great places to camp in northern New Mexico. Jemez Springs, Navajo Lake state park, red river, Shiprock.

I came here to suggest the same thing! I think he'd love it

hell, it makes a good candy bag for Halloween. It's very useful multi-use wise. : )
“I’m definitely leaning towards the door, but I’m not sure.” Dude, you’re low-key funny AF. 😂
Love that you are getting some proper sponsors!! That laptop looks sick! :D
not so sick after seeing its 2000$ for a 4050.. yikes
@@OblivionPrime its not rly a gaming laptop though, its a workstation laptop. Bet thats sick to edit on ^^
@@embody_1337 Yeah I get what it's meant for but still that price is insane for the specs
@@OblivionPrime Definitivly expensive. There is a big premium to get that performance in a laptop.
It's not snapdragon, so it's past-gen
You need to hook up with Mav and have him take you to catch some good fish! Those are always fun videos to watch.
Love how Ryan folds his laundry like he washes his dishes - Do it later. 😅
Me too!
Tomorrow problem
Yeah, not like "Aqua man" That has to make a point about being tidy etc in every video
Seriously!! How are his clothes not super wrinkled😂
Lol dirty Ryan
Got to Europe and do a Trip the from England to mainland Europe!! Have fun!! Also have Guide with you to make it more fun!!
Ryan, would love to see a tour of the great lakes. There are so many beautiful rock features and rich history in those areas. You could start in mn at the mn canada border and just follow along the us side of the lakes
I love white sheets and light weight white comforters on all beds
Thanks to you, Ryan, we got the inspiration and knowledge to get our own van and get the hell out of TX for awhile to find a FREE spot with a SPECTACULAR view of the Tetons! I can't believe we did it! I've been cooking some great meals with my Instant Pot Mini too, which is a GREAT tool for vanlife! Highly recommend if you can find the room to store it.
Jared is a stellar human being! does amazing van tours.
You need a bunkie board for your bed. It's just a piece of wood with fabric over it that goes over those slats. It's much more supportive and you won't break em with your knee
Out of all the Vanlife programs, you have the best-looking setup.
These videos are so satisfying to watch idk why
I felt the same way, basically watching a young guy do pretty much nothing all day long.
Pacific Northwest highway 101 hit some national parks!! Olympic national park is amazing!!
If you do start heading north, would you be willing to do your 3 uploads a week (maybe just two)? I miss those days , but I still love the content!
Coming in with the T-Mobile and Samsung integrations. I'm glad more people are noticing you.
You should also roll through the Colorado mountains this summer.
Jared being in your video is a crossover I was not expecting to see today
good to see samsung making products that make working with apple products easy - wish apple would do the same
Love Samsung, including its phones.

If you go north what about a collab with Mav? He's a fisherman from way back. You guys would be great together.
I agree, I enjoy the catch & cook series
