I was sort of bummed when I saw chrome’s x fabric is not xpac, but rather just a nylon fabric with an x print on it. I do like that nylon webbing though, looks cool.
I have the black variant but it also has side pockets where the compression straps are located. Can't seem to find another one in black.😕 Managed to fit so much Switch related accessories in there to basically be able to play up to 6 player anywhere, as long as there is a TV or just play handheld with plenty of power banks. Love this bag & is currently my favorite one & wish I had a 2nd one in black.
Just new models have that feature. mine from 2021 doesn't have it but if you contact Chrome and show that you ask for the swappable version then they might change it
I was between this and the Alpaka Tech Case Max to replace my Kavu Switch Slinger, which like but don’t quite like nor does it quite fit me well enough. But, then my decade+ old ThinkGeek Bag of Holding started to really big for its retirements, and so I got the Chrome Kadet Max in Castlerock Twill, instead. 🙃
English is not my main language so sorry if I didn't understand your question correctly, I'll answer the two scenarios that I think you might be referring to. Those one on the actual belt are just to prevent the excess of belt to flap around while using it. The black and gray ones that are at each side of the bag itself are for "compression". The idea is that if you have few things in the bag, in order to prevent the bag to be saggy or look bulky and have your things flapping around inside, you can fasten them and make the bag look and feel slimmer
For those who like Chrome bag designs but don't care for the buckle, ALOT of the popular slings now come with a non-buckle strap. Reduces some weight and noise.
How do you attribute a duration to each video ? Like "after 2 weeks" ? Is it longer when it's more expensive? Or do you have like a dice that you throw before doing the video? It's so cringe haha
My wife made me realize I've got a backpack addiction that matches her handbag obsession.
😂😂😂
You're not alone buddy 😂
@@PackHacker2does it stay stable without the stabilizer strap like on chrome Kadet, on bike rides?
A visually loud logo and a heavy and audibly loud seatbelt buckle. Just what I've always wanted!
I feel you with the packable raincoat. I pack 1 in any packs that can't really carry a normal foldable umbrella.

Oh lame. Thanks for pointing that out.
Great style on that pack with the yellow and red paracord. nice
🤙🤙🤙
Just got the black non-buckle version. Awesome bag. I researched alpaka forever and this one beat the go sling versions for me.
"Who wants to be bored ever and be alone with their thoughts?"

Thanks for share it ! Question : what brand is your wallet ? Thanks
Does it fit an 11” iPad Pro?
Is that the original switch or the small one? That's the last thing I news to know before buying bag😊
Do you find this slipping when riding? I noticed it does not have a secondary strap like the kadet.
I’m working in the Lansing area are you near there and would you consider selling that bag?
Would this able to fit a Steamdeck?
Can it fit an ipad pro?
Will it fit the messenger organizer 2.0 in it?
I just received my Tensile Sling, but was told that the buckle is swappable - unfortunately, I don't see that to be the case. Can you please confirm?

how does this compare to the mini kadet?
What are the weird elastic loops for on the "hip huggers" can't figure out what they're for.

And you can swap the buckle for just the non-buckle slide and vice versa.
