As much as I've enjoyed the video, I can't help but sense a lot of sadness(?). It's very clear to me that a lot has been going on in your life. I am sending you the biggest hug and I hope that 2023 ends with only good news and just overall the best vibes!!! ❤💛💜 Don't forget that the sun will always shine after a lot of downpour and that the rain is only temporary... Also, if you end up in a dark place (mentally that is) and whatnot, I highly recommend considering counseling. I am a big believer in therapy and we can all benefit from it in some shape or form. As a kid, I visited Chicago a lot and I fell in love with that place! The food, views and so many activities in that city. Travel outside the city and you get miles of the greenest corn fields and prettiest sunsets! Thanks for the video!

It’s so beautiful and relaxing…no internet or Wi-Fi which makes it non stressful. I’ve always wanted to go to Japan. It seems so beautiful, clean, and safe. The people are so polite and kind. Of course, I would love the food! Looking forward to hearing about it.

I love traveling to Seoul, Japan and Belize. They have been my top three favorite travel locations; especially during new years! The sky lighting up with fireworks and celebrating new years in another county🥂🎉🎆

my favorite place to travel is Rochester, MN. As someone from TX this place was a breath of fresh air. There was pretty good weather, reliable public transportation, and a bunch of super cute restaurants. Notably, Mezzanine for tea parties, and Thai Pop for delish Asian fusion.

I'm a cup half full kind of gal ( I think you are too) but there are always some down days so I understand and send you healing vibes! I just recently visited Tokyo during sakura after 17 years and was reminded how much I love the city. The people are so nice and there are so many cute things so see.

Locally, I love traveling to the PNW. I grew up in Southern California, in an area with not much greenery. I’m drawn to the landscape and the creative food scene in the PNW. Outside the US, I loved traveling to Turkey. It’s a beautiful country with a rich history and kind and generous people! On my last night in Istanbul, the inn host asked what I planned to do before returning to the US. I said I wanted to gift my mom authentic Turkish tea. He insisted I not spend money and gave me 3 boxes of Turkish tea! 😮 I was so touched by his generosity. ❤

I love to travel to Puerto Vallarta every winter. The food is amazing and El Barracuda is a great place to get dinner on the beach.

Hi Meimei. I usually do not comment because I know it can be overwhelming and I do not want to be a pain. I used to travel to Mexico every year and the place is all-inclusive so for my travels I would go to BJ'S. They have a wonderful staff and they checked all the boxes for me. The place is Riu Tequila and you can visit all of the sister hotels. You can do everything but sleep at the sister hotels. It is right up from the ocean and they have a little type trolley that will pick you up in front and drop you at the beach. The trolley runs all day so it will pick you up at the beach and drop you back off at the hotel. I always had the most fun at this hotel. There is a pool and a swim up bar. I don't drink so you can order virgin drinks as well. You can also book a night dinner at the steakhouse and it is included as well. You can basically eat all day and all night. It is one place that I truly miss. I hope you visit. Thank you Meimei for sharing

I love traveling to Taiwan! It brings me back to my childhood when I’d visit my grandma almost every summer and there’s such a wide range of activities to do- from eating to hiking mountains. I know you’ve done videos from previous trips there, but it might be fun to see vlog content featuring other aspects of your travel 😊.

One of the BEST places we have been to so far is Ireland. So Beautiful, the people were friendly and polite. We just had an amazing time there.

I love traveling to Japan! Sushi is my favorite food and I enjoy the experience of being there and having a good time with friends and family. There’s also endlessly beautiful views and fantastic street food.

And to answer your question at the end of the vid, I love going to Oakland Chinatown because I grew up going all the time getting pineapple buns, egg tarts, boba, etc! Not really a travel spot but it’s somewhere I love to go whenever I get the chance!

One of my favorite places I’ve visited was Italy! (Rome, Florence, Brescia, Venice, Modena, and Bologna) Stayed for three weeks in the winter and it was so beautiful. I know you and Bird would love it there, especially with all the great food. Mascarpone gelato is a must try!

Favorite place to travel.. northern Arkansas. The hiking along the Buffalo River is amazing and Fayetteville is an awesome city. Lots of good food and boba!!! Highly recommend. It's also close to me and always feels like a "getaway".

I love traveling to Hong Kong! I used to go at least once a year pre-pandemic. Initially, I went there to study abroad and later fell in love with the city while there. The food is so delicious and that skyline at victoria harbor is 🤌

My favourite part of the world to travel is South East Asia! Such a diverse region in terms of cultures and traditions, super easy to get around once you're there, and soo much to do, to explore, and of course to eat! Also INCREDIBLE scuba diving, the people there are so friendly too.
I have been binge watching your videos and I’ve done a search for Boba Tea shops close to me in Northern Virginia and will venture out to some soon. I especially love the videos with your Mom. She makes me laugh with her expressions. My husband teases me because I love Legos! I’ve bought the seasonal Christmas sets for the past few years and even bought myself a Lego Advent calendar. I love traveling to Colorado or to Seattle/Portland! It’s so nice being in the city with all the food and culture but then also being able to drive within an hour or so to so many beautiful outdoor activities and sites. While the city has a lot to offer, I love doing things that make me disconnect from busy life.
before we sit down for dinner, my fiancé and i will always check to see if you’ve uploaded a video so we can watch them while we eat. it feels like we re having a meal together!
my favorite place to travel to is iceland! it may not be the biggest foodie city but the views are unlike any other. the people are so friendly and it also feels extremely safe. i am hoping to travel back there during my sabbatical and just spend a week out in nature hopefully catching another glimpse of the northern lights. japan and singapore are a close second.

Born in Taipei, but grew up in the US. At one point my parents moved back to Taipei so while I don't know if its my favorite place to visit, it does feel like going home when I do. Having said that, I would say Asia is my favorite continent to visit. Lots of respect for what you do, glad you are taking time for yourself, and I look forward too more of your videos on both channels.

Favorite place to travel....welllll, I've been pretty boring since 2020, BUT I'm hoping to start traveling again next month. It will be a little excursion to Ocean City, MD because I cannot get away for more than a couple of days. After that, NYC in December to see all of the lights and feel the vibes.

My favorite place to travel to is Taiwan, where my parents are from and where the rest of my extended family still are. I travel there almost yearly, so I'm very much looking forward to your travel videos there later this year and interested to see what you explore.
I love how there is so much to see, do, and eat packed into this relatively small space. I love how convenient the Taipei MRT is; it makes it so easy to get around almost anywhere, plus I love how much more walkable the city is. Of course, the food is to die for. As I'm vegetarian, I'm always super excited at all the options I have there and the amazing prices. Despite having gone there so many times, there's always new things to see, places to go, things to try, and more parts of the island to visit.

My favorite place to travel is Seaside, Fl.
All of the beach towns along 30A have good food and pretty blue water. I know it’s a long shot because you’re a west coast person but if you ever decide to travel somewhere else in the states comes down to the gulf coast.
PS my wife is from SF so I hear a lot about y’all having cold water at the beach. I think experiencing our warm (some would even say hot, ha) water would be fun!

I haven't traveled in so long but my favorite place is Oahu, Hawaii. It holds a lot of memories for my family and me when we were happy and one day I hope to bring my partner there but I also want to be extremely respectful of the locals and the natives. My other favorite places to travel are Baton Rogue Lousiana and New York.
