You might have to do some constructive surgery on your bag. Just remove some threads, add the zipper like he shows, finish off the end like he shows, and then sew back in place.

@bam lol you wanna be able to lock your fanny pack? I had same thought. What i did was I punched a hole and reinforced it with a metal grommet, than i was able to 🔐 it with a TSA lock. Obviously if somebody wants they can steal the whole thing. Just meant to keep people honest.

Using a lighter fire might help taking the end stops off and then reattaching them after the process is complete...
