8:00. I was busy laughing out loud at the trendy "bachelor pad" development. I'm a bachelor and I wouldn't live there. The chipboard decor makes it look like I'm living in a garden shed.

maybe it's just my style, but I didn't think his old kitchen was all that bad. A bit of a fresher up like Sarah suggested and it would've been perfectly fine.

This guy... it's as if he is overly conscious at all times that he's on camera and in some way, is performing. He comes across as really strange. It also seems as if he thought that it would be easy to do all this work... to make 'a quick buck' but he's inept. I love that Sara comes in, all dressed up, in heels, and begins sanding the floor!!!!!!!
It's so deeply irritating when people think they KNOW BETTER than the expert... Sara KNOWS WHAT SHE'S TALKING ABOUT ... and he completely ignores her. I can barely watch he's so annoying.
