Lunch in the car. What am I having.

Unlike most car campers I don't cook a meal in the car. I buy food that doesn't need cooking. I sometimes heat some water up and make pasta or noodles in a pot. I like cheese sandwiches and pickle. I don't have a fridge in the car so I don't buy food that needs to be kept cool. If I make a sandwich I use peanut butter instead of dairy butter. Or I might put jam or curd straight onto the bread.

Love your laidback approach to car camping - that's how it should be, and let's face it, plans are stressful and place expectations on whatever you're doing. Relaxed and easy is the way to go, though of course you have to plan some things.
Love the quick and simple food! Ideal for camping and saves on time, stress, food splashes everywhere, washing up, the list goes on. Although we have room to cook in ours, it is often more trouble than it's worth!
Scarborough is a great place to park and we really enjoyed the town and seafront - we also parked up near the water park there and found that very peaceful.

We have a tendency to overthink things at times, and more footage/music etc means it takes much longer to edit, so I think you've found the perfect balance 😊
