You'd have to call ahead or look online. Most metal records these days are spread super thin through their stores, if at all. Major retailers are stocking less CDs every year.
Royston Dorsa True. I would also like to add Scott Reigel from Brutality to that list, you familiar with the band/vocalist? His vocals are brutal but very understandable.
It's funny, you think metal is so diverse and all these different bands appeal to my tastes and then you see all these different bands are all produced by Adam d. Of course it wouldn't be possible without the individual teams of musicians but thanks for all the jams dude
I swear adam D is one of the greatest artist of our generation everything he does is magnificent. It’s so cool watching him grow from aftershock til today
This’s a killer album! I don’t know how I missed this. I never thought Corpsegrinder’s brutal vocals would go this great with another clean vocals, I’m enjoying the combination so much! Awesome awesome album.
you can still feel Adam D's emotional killswitch guitar ideas behind this album. Combine it with George's timeless murderous vocals and Shannon's machine-like abilities and you've got a brand of metal unique to them. Which is very rare.
Exactly, I don't even listen to Killswitch Engage, but the riffage here is amazing. Well everything is, wasn't expecting clean vocals, so it was a pleasant surprise.
Killswitch were always riff monsters but also disappointing for me overall. It always bummed me out because their songs start so God damn good and brutal, aaaaaaaand then the same soaring melodic chorus kicks in everytime lol.
How do you know this? Im just hearing this for first time, but something does sound off about the drums but idk enuff about this stuff @whiskerbiscuit6674
I gotta say, Adam's clean vocals really put me off at first, but goddamn it I love it now. when George and Adam have dual vocals, it sounds amazing. This is definitely worth the wait.
Excellent....Adam D... A musical genius with and amazing sound for dope riffages and melody/harmony..One of the Only dudes that could pull that shit off with Corpsegrinder and Lucas..My style in a nutshell...\m/ Amazing Job guys.
We had KSE, TBDM and CC this year in Quebec/Canada. Bring these guys next year and i will syncronise my helicopter dick with George headbangs. Now thats metal \m/ :D
They are killing it....incredible sound, perfect fit. But what about Killer Be Killed? They blew me the fuck away. I've never been into Mastodon or Dillinger escape plan but those guys all together in that band...I love them!
this is so bad ass!!! i have to buy this with my next paycheck! i showed my friend this and he dug it a lot. i really hope this band starts to play live shows. that would be so sick!
So, I'm normally more of a fan of prog rock...but this was fucking incredible. I expected your "typical" metal band of today, but this sounds so fresh and raw, yet clean enough to be heard. What a great album, only it's a shame it's so short.
Wow that's quite a leap to make from prog rock to this. I'm glad to read that George's (awesome) vocals didn't get in the way of your appreciating this album for what it is.
I love prog as well though I don't shy away from heavier stuff. This album is probably one of my favorites of this year. You can hear each persons style shine through in each song. I really want them to tour so I can just so insane in a pit.
If Adam even takes a sliver of riffs from this album and does something similar in the next KSE album, it'll be amazing. I've always loved the heavier side of KSE. This record slays.
Cecil Williams Incarnate was too atmospheric and mellow.....they kinda went the way of all that remains lol serpentine dominion is what i expected killwitch to sound like with jesse back in terms of music not vocals
Allegaeon's Proponent for Sentience album is one my new faves of all time....everything about it I guess is what I like as far as that kind of music goes.
i was listening to the new Wovenwar album when it cycled over to this, and i honestly didn't know any different until halfway through when i started really headbanging and getting into it. Glad i found out about these guys!
Deathcore definitely isn't a genre of metal. But yes, some deathcore bands have more metal influence than hardcore. Still, deathcore isn't a genre of metal, and this album is more deathcore than death metal, and is only loosely metal.
holy shit, I honestly haven't gotten into too much cannibal, killswitch, or black dahlia, but wow I am fucking floored by this album. I bought that shit within 15 mins of listening. This is fucking amazing!
Worth waiting... ...i fucking love these supergroups! I'm also glad to see Corpsegrinder doing something other than Cannibal Corpse \m/ My favourite songs so far are "Vanquished Unto Thee", "On the Brink of Devastation" and "Jagged Cross Legions".
As a longtime death metal, and death thrash fan I was really suprised at how well this album turned out. All the songs are bad ass and just enough clean vocals so that I don't feel like it's out of place. An album packed with metal vetrean talent that comes together well and I would love to hear more from in the near future!!!
This is amazing man, its like a mix between Death and Edge of Sanity with Metalcore and Corpsegrind , its just unique, listen THIS ENDLESS WAR, is a fucking masterpiece
After that intro I was expecting some power metal band and then it went all Cannibal Corpse on me!!! As I kept listening my jaw kept dropping further untill it touched the floor and I came out of the stupefying stupor induced by the amazing guitar solos! Im so glad I clicked on this video.
total annihilation, chaos and burning everywhere in this album.. Loved it,loved the blast beats,up tempo music, the voice and the insane guitar works.... what an album, after ages and what deadly collaboration after a long long time by George Fischer,Adam D and Shannon Lucas...
This stuff is so good. Awesome artwork, awesome members, great music. I love this stuff. Hopefully they can play a festival or something. This music live would be insane. Big fan, great work by the band. Thanks for putting this out Metal Blade!
Really extremely excellent, a phenomenal power from the first listening. I'm impressed, I love it. you soften with a little clear voice, which we literally don't care about. I'm a fan, I share, I was looking for a new group to know that tears the floor, it's good I found you. Thank you for your extreme metal to the great art of my expectations. Thanks thanks Thanks you 🔥🔥🔥🤘😈🤘🔥🔥🔥 🔥🔥🔥🤘😎🤘🔥🔥🔥
Damn i wish that these guys would release another album. Still one of my favorite death metal album of all time and every time i listen to it, it's always way too short.
Just found this in 2024 god damn masterpiece. How did this get missed!!!
6 years later and still such and underrated album..
7 now, and still underrated.
Criminally….
Please remember to buy this album on CD or vinyl, download via Bandcamp,
iTunes, Amazon, etc. or add to your Spotify or Apple Music libraries!!!
You'd have to call ahead or look online. Most metal records these days are spread super thin through their stores, if at all. Major retailers are stocking less CDs every year.
Just ordered my CD. Fuckin pumped.
Dude, go to Amoeba!
We love fans that buy the record!
Ojala pudieran distribuir en Venezuela los Vinyles para poder comprarlos....
Outside of personal tastes, one objective truth is that George has some of the most articulated pronunciation amongst the great death metal vocalists.
Royston Dorsa True. I would also like to add Scott Reigel from Brutality to that list, you familiar with the band/vocalist? His vocals are brutal but very understandable.
I'd probably say Brendon Small as well!
What do you think about Akerfeldt, before he went all lame?
Corranhorn122 Yes, i was thinking about his vocals too yesterday, he used to have very brutal but very understandable death metal voice.
One of the reasons I always hated Lord Worm.
Who else thinks this album has sort of flown under the radar a bit? I think it's one of the best of 2016!
This thing flew so low under the radar that I just heard it on SiriusXM LM yesterday
@@mattycakes0231 holy crap even I forgot about this 🤣😭😭 I need to listen to it again!
@@mattycakes0231 thanks for the reminder lol
Majorly
Everything Adam does is gold....
He could probably do a country album and it would rule.
best musician on earth
It's funny, you think metal is so diverse and all these different bands appeal to my tastes and then you see all these different bands are all produced by Adam d. Of course it wouldn't be possible without the individual teams of musicians but thanks for all the jams dude
@@dorisjohnson6104 lol slow down!
Amen
I swear adam D is one of the greatest artist of our generation everything he does is magnificent. It’s so cool watching him grow from aftershock til today

Damn, this is good. Only complaint is I wish it was longer.
Das what *she* said! #OMG #Edgy #ugotRektM8
Hahahaha!
👍
''If you want to finish your gig early, play your songs faster'' I think they just did that.
you can still feel Adam D's emotional killswitch guitar ideas behind this album.
The End of Heartache is chock full of some of the tastiest riffs ever. If you can get past the "metalcore" label it's fucking delicious.
Killswitch were always riff monsters but also disappointing for me overall. It always bummed me out because their songs start so God damn good and brutal, aaaaaaaand then the same soaring melodic chorus kicks in everytime lol.
@@ryanexsus - No it isn't. It's an overrated album.
One of the best side projects ever. I hope theres a serpentine dominion ll someday
Clicked for the album art. Stayed cuz the album is fucking awesome
Liked it so much I listened to the album twice and I'ma prolly go buy that shirt
Nvm they don't have any merch available yet
The album art is pretty badass.
yup, same
i rarely go to metal shows any more... but i NEED to see this shit live!
Shannon Lucas is still at the top of his game. He's like a fucking machine.
Well the drums are replaced and quantized so you're half right
How do you know this? Im just hearing this for first time, but something does sound off about the drums but idk enuff about this stuff @whiskerbiscuit6674
I gotta say, Adam's clean vocals really put me off at first, but goddamn it I love it now. when George and Adam have dual vocals, it sounds amazing. This is definitely worth the wait.
Adam does the really high screams too.
If George didn't back his vocals it would have killed it for me. I could still live without them though.
high? Adam does the lowest low growls most of the time
@@djentlee9064 lol he can do basically any range... Watch Set this world ablaze dvd...
It's because the vocal mix is kinda shit. The producer should've brought Corpsegrinder's vocals to the front of the mix. They sound buried.
I knew this was Adam d before I even looked it up lol ! I love the emotion you write with!
Kevin Rice what, 0?
Excellent....Adam D... A musical genius with and amazing sound for dope riffages and melody/harmony..One of the Only dudes that could pull that shit off with Corpsegrinder and Lucas..My style in a nutshell...\m/ Amazing Job guys.
Metal blade, get these boys to do this live!!!!!!!
They want to! Just a matter of scheduling.
Just make sure they leave Memorial Day weekend next year open. Baltimore has a pretty cool weekend party planned there every year.
Metal Blade Records yeah it seem like Corpsegrinder doesn't have time to tour with Paths Of Possession and whatever other band he's currently in.
We had KSE, TBDM and CC this year in Quebec/Canada. Bring these guys next year and i will syncronise my helicopter dick with George headbangs. Now thats metal \m/ :D
have them tour with sixf eet under
Thanks so much for sharing this, Metal Blade! I'm planning on buying it.
This is exquisite from start to finish and deserves to be played loudly on a daily basis until the world ends.
Wow, never thought that Adam and Corpsegrinder in the same band would ever work, but it just does.
They need to work for a new album because this sounds fire 🔥 🔥🔥
this is like a storm destroying everythng..first supergroup which is killing it
Looks like someone's never heard of Down or S.O.D.
They are killing it....incredible sound, perfect fit. But what about Killer Be Killed? They blew me the fuck away. I've never been into Mastodon or Dillinger escape plan but those guys all together in that band...I love them!
respect to both Down and SOD
First? lol Bloodbath is just one example of another great one
tyjakejer grand morbid funeral is still one of my favourite death metal albums some of the more creative death metal riffs i have heard in a long time
this is so bad ass!!! i have to buy this with my next paycheck! i showed my friend this and he dug it a lot. i really hope this band starts to play live shows. that would be so sick!
how the fuck have i missed this for 7 years.
this is a punch straight in the face from first listening. Sick project, hope they keep releasing music. It's awesome
Adam D can do NO wrong. Killswitch, Times of Grace, now this.
Twdp, unearth, as I lay, etc etc etc
So, I'm normally more of a fan of prog rock...but this was fucking incredible. I expected your "typical" metal band of today, but this sounds so fresh and raw, yet clean enough to be heard. What a great album, only it's a shame it's so short.
I think the shortness only adds to its intensity, but I need more!

Thane Krios And keeps it from getting boring.
Allen Ellsworth Yep, sometimes less is more...

Killer record. Great release ❤❤
FUUUUUUUCK!!!! This is that project with George, Adam and Shannon! I thought it would never happen!!! SO GOOD \M/
The ending to This Endless War honestly makes me tear up for no goddamn reason. The guitars sound so hopeful yet so melancholic.
Adam D really knows how to start and end an album!
i enjoyed this about 1000x more than i thought i would
Not only did the album exceed my expectations, I still can't wait for all the gnarly merch.
This is an incredible album! I'm super impressed. What a great supergroup!
It´s a rare thing i listen the whole album from start to finish these days. Now i did. Good stuff!
Best fucking thing I've heard in 2016
Aside from KSE's Incarnate, I have to agree.
Kevin Rice what about retrogore by aborted
Cecil Williams Incarnate was too atmospheric and mellow.....they kinda went the way of all that remains lol serpentine dominion is what i expected killwitch to sound like with jesse back in terms of music not vocals
Allegaeon's Proponent for Sentience album is one my new faves of all time....everything about it I guess is what I like as far as that kind of music goes.

*really headbanging*, you got it right
Thank you Metal Blade, just bought it and sending the link to all my friends.
the only bad thing about this record is how short it is. amazing work you guys. can't wait for record #2
That breakdown at 09:15
Everything Metal Best I've heard from any band this year.
I bet metal blade records is proud of this album! \m/
First time listening to this band... for sure not the last FUCK this is METALLLL 🤘🏼
It's actually borderline metal.
eebro65 please explain
There are many deathcore influences here, and deathcore isn't metal.
eebro65 deathcore is a fusion of a few generic genres of metal..
Besides that wtf kinda attempted correction is that bro.
Deathcore definitely isn't a genre of metal. But yes, some deathcore bands have more metal influence than hardcore. Still, deathcore isn't a genre of metal, and this album is more deathcore than death metal, and is only loosely metal.
INTRO is, handsdown, the best intro ever, please make it as a standalone song, at least 10 minutes of this! porcodi
holy shit, I honestly haven't gotten into too much cannibal, killswitch, or black dahlia, but wow I am fucking floored by this album. I bought that shit within 15 mins of listening. This is fucking amazing!

I agree. I've always wondered what it would sound like if George used his vocals in a different style of extreme metal. And now we know!
As a longtime death metal, and death thrash fan I was really suprised at how well this album turned out. All the songs are bad ass and just enough clean vocals so that I don't feel like it's out of place. An album packed with metal vetrean talent that comes together well and I would love to hear more from in the near future!!!
Probably the best surprising album of the year :)
Just ordered it!! What a collaboration! Epic!
Didn’t even know this existed. Well here’s a new album for me.
This album is absolutely insane.
I guess this is one of the most underrated music album ever, all songs are great.
Does this give anyone else a Revocation vibe? I'm loving this shit
Revocation so underrated.....best in the business right now, just my opinion
+Randy McMinn I agree completely
I love how this album goes from Cannibal to Killswitch to Times of Grace in 30 min
The guitar craft on this record is simply killer 😯😯😯
This is the bomb! Literally it's unbelievably teriffic. 9.5 /10
Can really hear the KSE in these songs, mixed in with heavier tones.. love it. Especially with Corpsegrinder vocals!
My two fav bands just had a baby.... I could die happy now, this is fucking perfect!
This is amazing man, its like a mix between Death and Edge of Sanity with Metalcore and Corpsegrind , its just unique, listen THIS ENDLESS WAR, is a fucking masterpiece
After that somewhat melodic intro I did not expect that ferocious brutality of the 2nd song. I like it! 🤘
After that intro I was expecting some power metal band and then it went all Cannibal Corpse on me!!!
As I kept listening my jaw kept dropping further untill it touched the floor and I came out of the stupefying stupor induced by the amazing guitar solos!

Intro reminds me of 80's Metallica, especially that harmonized acoustic guitar part :) Nice little Metallica homage there, Adam \m/
Mano Saarinen a mix between fight fire & battery intros
yeah I was feeling battery there
Has nothing to do with Metallica you fuckin plebs
Wow corpsegrinders vocals are out of fucking control on this album. All 3 of them gave 110% on this no doubt.
This is been out for 4 years and I’m just hearing it in (the year that shall not be named) you know the year.
Faith restored in metal. I was worried for a minute.
spojení 3 úžasných hudobníkov Adam Dutkiewicz,George"Corpsegrinder"Fischer a Shanon Lucas inak nemohlo dopadnúť jako výtečně! neskutečné album! (y)
jasta played jagged cross legions on his podcast and i was hooked bought it
Great stuff :) Wanted to hear Fisher do something with other artist for a long time and this really fits!
this was my first listening to this album and I must say George Adam and Shannon kicked ass much love to you guys for killing it
I'm gonna learn to this entire album, freakin amazing \m/
We need more music from this project! It's mental how good this is!
So this is like Metalcore influenced Death Metal. I love it!
Holy shit.....this is amazing.
Adam D is such a good song writer, and producer, I'll bet he could win an entire show of Price is Right!
Thanks thanks Thanks you

Came across this today. Very happy with it.
Ready for the next album! Have been cranking this since it came out.
GIVE US MORE THIS IS SO FUCKING GOOD
This music fits my ears like a Fucking Glove! \m/
I only wish it was a little longer. That was amazing for 27 minutes!
ryanexsus Agreed.
That's what she said.
This music fits our ears like a fuckin' DRILL! *_*
I just wonder about your ears, if gloves are a perfect fit.. but hey.. whatever works! :D
Awesome album, exactly the shot of metal I needed!
I need to buy the vinyl and shirt bundle to get my vinyl collection up and going again
I'm only up to the 1st song and this album already diserves to lay in my Metal music playlist :)
Fuuuuuuuuck, I've been waiting for this so long and it managed to actually live up to the hype! So good!
Damn i wish that these guys would release another album. Still one of my favorite death metal album of all time and every time i listen to it, it's always way too short.
I didn't have high hopes for this album but it's freaking great! ^^
AWESOME ALBUM!!THE VENGEANCE IN ME*,SOVEREIGN HATE*THIS ENDLESS WAR*!!!
FINALLY! I've been waiting for this for so long and it kicks ass.
best combination i could ever imagine, Lucas, Adam D and Fisher, wow
Vamos a Eschucharle Saludos desde Colombia !!!!!!
Awesome, guys. Will buy the album. Thank you, Metal Blade. Hail Serpentine Dominion.
The best album of this year.
30 seconds in, figured out who I was listening to. Then became an instant fan 🤘🤩
not heard anything as awsome in a long time... more please!!
It's a little sad that we've just got 26 minutes of brutality and awesomeness ! This shit it's fucking good !
de lo mejor que he escuchado en mucho tiempo ... felicidades
i loved the intro it paved he rest for greatness
Best intro of all time!
