You ain't lying, got burnt too many times from them lol, way too many other places to go through the has way better shipping times than they do, I haven't bought anything from them in years and definitely don't plan on it anytime in the future.
Optics planet takes forever to get anything! Every time i ordered from them, it took so long to get anything from there! I haven't ordered anything from them in a while, so im not sure if they have gotten better. But i do know they do have some good deals sometimes, and some times i can find things they have for a lot less than what they have it listed for!
Nice belts my store carry’s them too. Bought one when we first got them. And I’m with you on optics planet. People try to get us to price match them all the time. Maybe $20 cheaper and they always say they just don’t want to wait for it to ship.
Am I guilty of going into a store and seeing something and then ordering it for cheaper online? Of course I am, however, if I specifically ask you to get something in for me, even if it's double the cost of what I just found online, I'll come back and pick it up
@@mikeymartinez4809fr all the gun shops near me think they can get away with 50% markups and 900 dollar mosins. Don't know how they're still in business.
I work in a different industry, I'm a canine behaviorist, and my wife is a pet nutritionist, and we had to close our brick and mortar store because of online businesses like chewy etc... I absolutely hated when people would ask me to order something only to find out later when I called them and it was in, that they had just gone online and ordered it instead. People that do this suck a big fat one
Then sell it cheaper. Brick and mortar has convenience of being able to have the item in your hands that day. Online is cheaper and can be shipped to your door. Become the cheaper option and people will pick you again
@navalsealsnipersports1199 easier said than done. I don't have the means to buy in super bulk like chewy does so their prices are generally 20% cheaper than my absolute bottom line a lot of the time. Between a 30% increase in rent on the new lease, shipping issues right after COVID and supply chain issues, it was just not financially feasible to stay open. Believe me, if I could charge people less, I absolutely would have. As it was, we were about 15% cheaper than any of the other brick and mortar stores, but superstores online like chewy offer free next day shipping which, coupled with their already lower prices than I, or any other small independent store can compete with, and just like any other super store, they take out the little guy.
They'll start off by being more expensive after taxes and shipping are added, then he'll end up waiting several months for it. Then, a year will go by, he will receive one in the mail, having completely forgotten that he had ordered it.
The coyote is my favorite i have a few nexbelts they are tough and take a beating. I only wish we had a local store here in North western PA that carried stuff like you guys do😅 all we have is a dunhams sports store so its pretty useless unless you want overpriced nike, underarmour, carhartt 😅😅 its either that or basic gun stores that don't have much of anything besides firearms and ammo and the occasional junk holsters
It’s kind of the trouble with these modern shops. They are basically “in person” online stores. They don’t actually have much in stock that you can walk out the door with that day, you still have to order it… trouble for the shops is, shopping online is easier than ever. I don’t need to pay a man an up charge so that he can order it for me. Still paying for the shipping but it goes to someone’s shop instead of directly to my house. The only shady part on the customer was telling the shop to order it, at that point, he needs to honor that agreement.
I always think of china town. Looks good on the surface but it’s really not. To many crooks selling fakes out there. I’m sure there’s plenty of great online stores with good CS but they’re not gonna be the cheapest online either
No. Those belts are not awsome. They are trash. I have had 3 different ones get floppy on me after 8 months of wear. They also removed my one star review on their website 3 times
He's going to wait 6 months to be told they've been discontinued or it randomly shows up in 9 months after you've already bought one.
Optics planet done me dirty one too many times
Opticsplanet is great, for having some of the slowest shipping possible
You ain't lying, got burnt too many times from them lol, way too many other places to go through the has way better shipping times than they do, I haven't bought anything from them in years and definitely don't plan on it anytime in the future.
No lie pmags in stock and arive in 32 days but they are the cheapest
These aren’t just skits, these are customer training videos 😊
This is why you take payment up front for special orders
I could never do this to my gun store ,that's why I order from optics planet 😂
Hahaha always cheaper online
I feel like I'm the only person that hasn't been screwed by optics planet shipping.
Yeah same, I’m worried now lol
Funny when ya find a deal online, but the shipping makes it cost more than it would at the local shop.

He'll maybe get them in 6-8 weeks
I wish Michigan had a shop that did this stuff yall are grate.
Opticsplanet sucks it's going to have to wait for a long period of time.
I will never order from optics planet. On more than one occasion they’ve lied about lead times and product availability.
Am I guilty of going into a store and seeing something and then ordering it for cheaper online? Of course I am, however, if I specifically ask you to get something in for me, even if it's double the cost of what I just found online, I'll come back and pick it up
Ask optics planet to sponsor your kids baseball team or to donate shit to the local car show….
I rather goto a gun shop. That's funny I was about to order something off optics planet or PSA then I was like "Nah. I'll just buy it at the gun shop"
Me too till you realize it's still cheaper online even with an ffl transfer
@@mikeymartinez4809fr all the gun shops near me think they can get away with 50% markups and 900 dollar mosins. Don't know how they're still in business.
@mikeymartinez4809 Not where I live. I live in NY and the gun shop near me LIGS is about the same price as online.
Optics planet is garbage I waited 8 months to get a refund on a holster

Who else went to straight to Optics Planet to see this belt as soon as the skit was over?
Noticed the quad lock case wondering if u ride if so what bike do u have
I bought a nextbelt. It's the most comfortable belt I've ever owned both with and without a CCW
Online is always cheaper. Unless you price match, your store is obsolete outside of trades and FFL transfers

Ordered some dress kits charging handles and bcgs from optics planet in february... Got two of the 3 so far still waiting on the bolts lol 😂😂😂😂

Never had a single problem with optics planet. Not even long shipping
At least they’ll sell. And probably the day before he shows back up.

Great story. Hopefully everyone will just do the same. Run everyone out of business. Who's going to do your transfers.................
If it makes you feel any better he probably won't see those belts till next year😂😅😂

opticsplanet is the goat. get recked. my house fills up with OP boxes way too fast
Ordered a scope once that had ring marks like it had been mounted more than once , needless to say that was my last purchase from them ..

He helped ya restock. Ya didn't have any for a reason. 💲🤑🫰🏻😂
