She did none of this you people are ignorant. Gary was the first to initiate an affair with his strange, victimized assistant. He was never home. Melody was lonely. I just don't understand moms who dont love their kids. At the same time, if mom is a self centered narcissist, the kids could have inherited some of those traits.

She told Rusty he was on the burn pile, before anyone else knew he was missing. She told Amanda on July 2 that she was going to put an end once and for all to Gary paying various things for her children. She was talking to Rusty at night when it happened, which was something that hadn't happened before. She topped up her mobile with Gary's card, which also hadn't happened before. None of the children would benefit from Gary's death, except possibly Amanda. If they wanted more money from Gary, it would have been better to remove Melody. I don't doubt for a moment that she is guilty! How she took him to the burn pile I don't know but there were many ways to get him there. If you want, you can! The only one without an alibi is Melody. And you can say that if you are innocent and risk going to prison, then you will testify yourself, to get an opportunity to explain yourself. All her secrets are public knowledge anyway. Not much there that we don't know. Really hope that the jury makes the right decision and that his children can move on in life!

I think she lured him outside somehow, by maybe saying a horse was out or another animal was loose, maybe saying they were by the burn pile and then she shot him out there. She could have used the tractor to move him over on the pile. I don't understand how they can tell if something like gasoline or another combustible item was used in fires, but they did not think so....I can't think of the word, but Gary was burned a lot, so it was a super hot fire to burn bones up. Poor guy. I sure hope he was out before he was put on the fire. I also think Rusty knows what happened. Why did they talk so much that night? If she is found guilty maybe she'll jump up and tell what happened?? I am afraid they might have a mistrial if the jury cannot agree. Then again, there was that bullet slug found in the basement and they said it had Gary's DNA on it?? Puzzling for sure. I just wonder as she sits there listening to all this if she regrets the things she did, like giving her BF money that Gary earned, inviting Rusty to the wedding and "canoodling" with him, (was what the daughter said), and if she regrets the affairs and the harm she did to her family. So sad. I hope the truth comes out and if anyone else was involved that it will come out as well.

When she was interviewed about the events during that time, she gave lots of suspicion on why Scott could be a suspect but she left out her trip to Walmart where she spent about $400, largely on cleaning supplies - lots of bleach. Hearing the defense, make her look like such an innocent as far as being able to drag the remains of her husband to the location of the burn pile, etc., making her look like “Annie Oakley”… determined people can do anything… They could have the strength of Godzilla when they’re that angry or determined. Just like that said, she didn’t find that to be a problem at all, and neither would have I have I been on the jury. People have been known to live cars off of people injured, that adrenaline just pulls you into a whole other state of unbelievable strength.
The very fact that she spent all that time on the phone, told the boyfriend about the husband being on the burn pile and then staying on the phone with him for 40 minutes, makes me really feel uncomfortable with her. The fact that she pitted her children against each other , and she did it so systemically, caused me to feel very strongly that she was beyond motive, that she actually felt she had gotten away with some thing. The father ever had children, the man she refused to divorce, because of money, no doubt she had the opportunity to go live with her so-called boyfriend, the one that already has another girlfriend, and instead of moving forward with her life, she stays with her husband that she hates?
All of these “unanswered questions“? Seriously when’s the last time someone planned a murder, and then described it in detail with video to go along with it for a lawyer such as speaking to the judge today. I’m kind of waiting for that. I’m sure it’s happened by accident, but there are just far too many points that connect the dots. Way too many. You have got to be kidding to think juries are this dumb!
Over the many years, I’ve lost much respect for many lawyers. Lawyers to try to look for the tiny little opening to “save“ their accused client... it’s not about the truth any longer. It’s all about the wind. How pathetic is that for career in law? And if I hear one more time that’s the way we do in America, well that is not what it was meant to be. I suppose you’d have to be able to read a constitution and actually study the people that wrote it to know what it more than likely meant.
