There was no Catholic blogosphere/vlogosphere before 2007. The reality is that it was created by Summorum Pontificum. Then a raft of home-made British traditionalist blogs emerged which were later eclipsed by monitised American traditionalist media. The release of traditionalism exposed the lie that Catholic Conservatism is really not Catholic at all. This is meant to be constructive, but just has Catholic (largely American) Conservatism has effectively been killed off by the reality that traditionalism is true, we now have Catholic Unscripted which is pushing a new form of English Catholic Conservatism. In all this, it is rehashing all the topics which were dealt with fifteen years ago, and is also out of touch with tradition. In short, Catholic conservatism is not traditional. Yes, the trads are sometimes unfortunately horrible, but the narrative is still correct. It may be worth Catholic Unscripted re-evaluating its narrative.
