Thank you for doing my (and others’) requests. It was definitely worth the wait. Though I’m very surprised that none of the WWF/WCW games or Ready 2 Rumble Boxing were not even mentioned since those would still be under sports. Overall, a very satisfying list and #1 was definitely a no brainer even with it being the 64 versions which were still great to play even with limitations.
NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, Tony Hawk's Underground 2, and SSX Tricky are good ones to find on the PS2.
I was never into realistic sports games, I’m not really a sports fan in general, but I love arcade style sports games because they tend to be crazy, Wave Race and SSX were my jam.
I was in Florida, but I was in the panhandle area at Eglin AFB. I do have family there though! When I worked on EA stuff, it was at the North American Testing Center in Baton Rouge, LA, which was EA Tiburon's testing cell.
I still find that many N64 and PS1 sports games don't hold up all that well. Although the same applies on the NES, SNES, Master System, and Sega Genesis; so it's not a problem exclusive to the N64 and PlayStation.
Never really got into sport video games, going all the way back to Atari 2600 I usually hate them...Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run for SNES was a rare baseball game I actually liked.
I'm pretty sure Wave Race was an arcade game where you sat on a jet ski and I played it every time I went to Aladdin's Castle. Also, fuck you, I love Ken Griffey Baseball.
@@crackerjackrappr I couldn't get into USA lol, I actually found it to be REALLY stiff in comparison to World, but if you had it at home in the 90s? BROTHER you were the cool kid!

You’re welcome 😊
It can be interesting talking about your favorite sports games on the ps2, there are a lot of awesome sports games.

SSX Tricky is always a go to.
The underrated downhill domination
I'll see what I can do. I usually stop emulation around N64. This might take some time, but I'll add it to the list.

Both great choices!
Great video as per always 😁
Thank you so much! I have some bangers coming out next week, I just need my voice to come back.
My favorites on the N64 are Wave Race, Snowboard Kids, Snowboard Kids 2, Rush 2 Extreme Racing USA, Cruis'n World, and Star Wars Episode 1 Racer.
Great choices!
Racing games to me aren't sports games . But to eachs own.
Thats cool. Fortefyre . Sadly though i really don't like sports games though. But i get why their still around to this day!!!
WCW/nWo Revenge and WWF No Mercy deserve a joint spot...two of the best games on the N64 overall.
They ALMOST made it too.
i remember playing Mario Golf and always yelling RAINBOW when hitting a perfect shot with Yoshi.
Hahaha nice!
Wait are you in the Orlando area? Or at least were in 2011-2012?
I was in Florida, but I was in the panhandle area at Eglin AFB. I do have family there though! When I worked on EA stuff, it was at the North American Testing Center in Baton Rouge, LA, which was EA Tiburon's testing cell.
I was literally on #3 when I thought about asking you if racing games (specifically WaveRace64) were sports games
Yeah, same lol. I'm like...is there really physical endurance tied to sitting in a car for like say...NASCAR? F-1 obviously is a bit more athletic.
I still find that many N64 and PS1 sports games don't hold up all that well. Although the same applies on the NES, SNES, Master System, and Sega Genesis; so it's not a problem exclusive to the N64 and PlayStation.
It's still nice to see how they have evolved :)
Love seeing THPS on the list. Great games that never get any respect on the N64
I could talk all day about Tony Hawk and the impact it had on the sport and awareness of the sport lol.
Never really got into sport video games, going all the way back to Atari 2600 I usually hate them...Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run for SNES was a rare baseball game I actually liked.
Ken Griffey Jr definitely got his fair share of branding royalties in the 90s lol
64 had some banger wrestling games. Idk if thats sports in your eyes id say it is
They still were a little bit stiff to me, some of them almost made this list!
I'm pretty sure Wave Race was an arcade game where you sat on a jet ski and I played it every time I went to Aladdin's Castle. Also, fuck you, I love Ken Griffey Baseball.
That was WaveRunner, and it's just as fun, almost like cruis'n but with jet ski's. I'M SORRY
@@Fortefyre Cruisin USA is my favorite. My dream is to have it in my house I don't own yet.

Bwahahaha... The audience graphics for All-Star Baseball 2001 at 10:00 are amazing.
:P
"CLAP FOR OUR GLORIOUS LEADER *on the pain of death*"
Great Video.
Thank you!
I don’t understand this video What is this "sports" term?
I honestly thought you were going to put nba showtime on this list . Honestly!!!
Haha, I almost did.
Yes, racing is a sport
I'll bear that in mind for future episodes :)
Nice!
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks!
Waverace 64 is #1 for me
Good choice!
I got bull s ..t 98 or bull s... 2000. Lol your hilarious 😂😂😆
:P
You lied!! Fifa 99 only has 2 numbers! Your theory fell through
There are always outliers in a theory :P
