    Because both of these soaps are very drying some of us might need to use a small amount, don't use a lot to where your whole face is covered in white lather. And wash your face with it for 20 seconds then wash off. I saw this advice from a lady here on YT and it's the best advice ever. Also, get a face cleanser that is friendly to the acid mantle on your face and won't dry it,Like Cerave. You can add it to your regimen rather than using black soap twice a day because it(black soap) strips your skin of its natural oils due to high alkalinity levels, which is why it's notoriously known to be drying.

      Thank you!!! Welcome to the community 🥰 They both help with acne. My experience is more with African black soap because I used it for years! They both have ingredients that help the same thing and they both help with dark spots and acne prone skin. what I will say is dudu osun is good for more oily skin types and African black soap has less ingredients and good for normal to dry skin types. If you’re oily go with dudu osun. for your forehead acne have you ever tried OXY maximum action? I used them when I was dealing with acne with the African black soap and it helped so much! You kind of use it like a toner.

      Faeeza Stuart yeah you might be... but also you might be either leaving it on your skin for to long or not moisturizing well afterwards. Also make sure to exfoliate 2x a week..... Try the 5 seconds I mentioned. if that doesn’t help it and you don’t see the small bumps go away. I would suggest to stop using it... it might be to harsh for your skin. I have a video on how to liquify the soap... maybe diluting it will help you too.

    • @diamondsaint
      @diamondsaint  3 роки тому +2

      Yes, you can do that also if you mix your coco butter with lemon essential oil that is made for the skin that would be so good mixed with your tea tree oil. I say toner because a toner aids skin in retaining moisture. But if you want to skip that and go straight to moisturizer DO IT!

    Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️
    *What is the Gospel?*
    The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
    Ephesians 2:8-9
    For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
    Romans 10:9
    9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
    JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!
    Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS

    • @diamondsaint
      @diamondsaint  3 роки тому +32

      No question is a dumb question! That was actually a good question I should do a video on that. It’s trial and error, and also consulting you doctor. I found out it was both because I first was having digestive issue and my doctor let me know that part of my immune system was over active and it was coming out into my skin and then I had a blood test which showed my hormones were over producing a certain chemical that was also causing my acne. I made ALOT of changes to my diet after he told me those things and I found that I was eating a lot of dairy, milk, ice cream, and meat with antibiotics and those things were really messing my skin and hormones up! Once I stopped trying a bunch of crap on my face and stuck to just one thing and switched out dairy and changed my diet to mostly organic meats and vegetables by skin started to get better. It’s all trial and error and learning what the root cause of your issue is.
