This game made me feel for the Germans. They had their own lives going, and to see them drinking, fighting, and dying was a little painful, especially the cutscenes. It makes me think about the people of the past, and how much suffering both sides endured.

Regular army (Heer) would not be wearing the party arm bands... along with the censoring of the swastika on the armband, there was no iron cross armband. Regular army enlisted would also not be wearing crusher caps like they all are here. The eagle for regular army would not be on the left sleeve either. It would be on the right side of their chest. Only SS had the eagle on their arm. Awful awful uniform research for such "a historically accurate" game.

And to add to that, even if they were to be the SS, they don't have the lightening bolts on their collars and the skull on their caps.
