How to Solder / Reflow circuit boards in audio gear (or most thru-hole PCBs)

Hey all, this is just a quick video on how to solder a through-hole component to a PCB. I figured that the audio community should know how to do this incase some gear breaks, or they want to make a DIY kit.

To clarify - "reflowing" in this case is applying the iron to a lead / pad that is already "soldered" where you need to make sure the joint isn't a cold solder. I'm not talking about re-flowing a PCB, entirely via a reflow oven. I'm aware that the processes are different.
