Awesome episode guys. This is in my top 5 favorite of Barbell Shrugged. The boys have really stepped up their game the last 10 episodes. Keep them coming!!!
GREAT episode....I agree with sleep needing to be stressed MUCH more than anything else in your programming AND how to do it right like the Doc spoke on. Keep doing great interviews with highly knowledgeable guests like this in the medical field PLEASE!!
This is really great guys, one of the best episodes. I love that it's two hours long and that the whole thing is full of focused, in-depth content from your very knowledgeable guest. The discussion-to-banter ratio is right on point to keep things informative and entertaining the whole way through.
Thanks for the video. I'm in terrible shape but I'll start with my sleep habits and diet. Knowing what to do and having a plan is the way to go. Again, thanks.
at 30:00 mark he said something that I firmly believe in. Modern medicine is REACTIONARY. Your average American focuses to much on how to get better once sick or injured, not how to prevent the sickness or injury from happening to begin with.
My friend Brian just started losing weight shortly before he got out of the Navy. He started pounding more food and kept losing weight. He hit the weight room, he needed to keep his weight up because he wanted to play college football when he got out. It was diabetes, and he controlled it only with diet.
I'm with you guys! I am even shocked to hear that the medicine world does not believe on the benefits of getting enough sleep. It makes so much sense it is stupid to think otherwise.
Thats a very interesting video. I specially found interesting the diabetis part, as I have been diabetic since 13 yrs old. Sometimes i do wonder if would be possible to completely get rid of my insulin and do a Keto or Paleo diet.
Great thoughts on improving performance. Not stoked about blaming the unions for schools starting so early. It has to do with bussing and after-school sports. I get that these guys are huge Rand fans, but you can't blame everything on the labor movement. Calm down.

This changes so much for me. What an eye opener. Thank you for getting Dr. Parsley on again. Hang in there Chris, there is still hope for you!!
Absolutely fantastic! I will watch this several times.

This was one of the best episodes you guys have ever done.
Sleep -Sleep!!! eight hours a night ... and naps.... loved it .. can not wait until
Great interview. I love it when they let the guest really speak their mind!

I love your guys' humor, brightens my day-even/especially Chris Moore ;) inspired me to put away electronics one hour before bedtime.
Second half of this is possibly there best podcast content wise.

it probably is a good idea to at least put the guest's name in the description, if not the title -- Dr. Kirk Parsley
29:37 That giggle is classic
Loved this episode, totally agree with what was said.

Also 2 hours of knowledge...sweet

You should put links in the UA-cam description.
I stayed up late to watch this :P
I just started listening to this. I understand your comment now.
What paintings or pictures are on the wall in the background of the dr.?
anyone know which episode was this guy on the first time?
Anyone else notice this guy looks like Doug in 20 years? #frontallobeexplosion
Haha, yup I see it! More like 10 years though... ;)

sleep alarm set.
I like the videos, but u dudes need to cut the jokes in half, and let the dude talk, u make him segway all the time
I agree. Chris Moore needs to shut his trap in general.
Joe Green you shut your face about Chris. They all work together well to make a great podcast and it wouldn't be the same without him. 😛
Joe Green I would agree with you but Chris has gotten alot better, he used to be a major story teller
