After watching this video and a couple on setting minimum max gas valve pressures I was able to do the job myself and save hundreds of dollars👍 without this video I don’t think I could’ve done it correctly since the other radios left out the mixing screws in the burners in the rewiring of the auxiliary switch to the gas valve👍 Thank you so much to the UA-camr who took the time to make this video and help us all out 😁 kudos
Well done on fixing the unit. Wish you were in New York to fix mine because some company wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to rearrange my pipes. Good job.😊

The flue pipe might be special. But I guess it's pvc. What is the max size that that tool can cut. M18 or M12? Love to know. Love the Smurf Jiz. We have a job this weekend but our stuff is like green and says gas and oil. It's for airline. Sch 40 3/4" pipe.
I had a 59mn7 installed in my home 1 month ago ... Gas valve just went bad . I get code 14 ignition lockout ... Waiting for the part to come in ... I'm not impressed with carrier so far with needing a gas valve 1 month Into ownership . Are these fully modulated furnaces generally reliable ?
That must be a new style L/P kit. The last conversion I did still had the spring replacement for the gas valve. This is a much simpler process. Is it any wonder the valve failed if the moron who installed the system didn’t do a proper N-P conversion. No gas valve L/P pressure switch is a serious no no. Good job 👍👍🇨🇦

Very nice conversion Joe. Thanks for explaining everything. Sometimes it helps to read directions even for a pro. Stay warm.

Nice explanation of the value setup

Hello from the village of Blissfield Michigan
You usually explain what you are doing very well, what was the reason behind drilling holes in the burner then just putting a screw in them?
Turbulation for the LP gas
@@MiHeatingGuy thank you
I love to call the manufacture . And see what the think if it a good idea to modify thier tested equipt
The kit was ordered from carrier
Good vid Joe ... Thx ...
I can't see the readout on your meter when it's in shadow, just a blue screen but it's very readable when a light is shining on it.

2" is the max and it's a M12
Whats them screws you put in the burner tube thing
Mixing the air fuel ratio
Great video

Yes
On the next videos please explain what your doing, you did not tell us why the Lp pressure switch and why did you drill out the burners.
i have a few videos on carrier lp conversion
I wish carrier would use a different style burner. Shouldn’t have to add the mixing screws. Just a useless step .
Thanks! No combustion test? You trust it to run correctly just by factory recommended pressure?

The single and 2 stage gas valves still use springs. This is for a modulating gas valve.
@@920HVAC thanks for letting me know
Don’t like carrier. Exhaust pipe is almost always in the way of the gas valve
Your head light??????
???
@@MiHeatingGuy yeah, insufficient light. Working area is not visible.
Sounds a little kinky.
