We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

what paint do you use for spraying? Just finished my bench inspired by yours and they paint scratches off. Also thanks for all of your videos, did squat rack as well.
I use a 3in1 paint, it's a litl bit harder then usual paint. Thanks for watching

Потом делаешь неподвижную скамейку, и можно поднять Камаз ;)
