Watercolor Hair Painting Technique - Wet on Dry layers to create hair

Hi! In this video I am going to demonstrate how I paint hair on certain animals, such as the hair that lays over the eyes of a Highland Cow or the mane of a horse. This technique is similar to how I would paint human hair (depending on the hair texture)
