Me and my dad went riding for the first time yesterday and we ended up going to a place that was insanely difficult and challenging. A monstrous Enduro place. I’m more sore than I’ve ever been in my life lol I now realize that getting your body prepared for any type of riding is CRITICAL
That's awesome! Yeah for sure, a lot of people ask, "all you do is sit on it and twist the throttle right?" Not exactly haha. Hope the video helped you out man!
NoahClark32 Any plans to hit the next GNCC? And I like how your videos include your faith. Takes courage to do what you do and I pray that God uses you to help reach people around you! Keep it up.
I've arm pump problem too much... please suggest me some exercise for it how can i fix it... I've doing jogging daily 3 km or pushups or some other exercise but aram pump make me slower on riding
Yes do exercises that include upper and lower body. Riding a dirt bike involves a lot of upper and lower body so we need to train the heart and muscles to work efficiently at using multiple muscles at once. A great example would be a rowing machine or burpees
When I race I push too hard first two laps then start to fall off… endurance lacking… do you recommend keeping the fast pace and working on riding fast for longer OR do you recommend backing off and finding a slower pace? Are the guys that win doing the former or the ladder?
It varies a lot but on race weeks I usually try to ride tuesday and thursday and how much just depends how I'm feeling and what I've done but I'd say an hour to 2 for each ride. Without a race week I usually ride a little bit more. Sorry it took a bit to reply!
Dude I’ve been looking for videos like this forever and of course the best dirt bike youtuber post it tuxs
Hope it helps! I appreciate it🤘🏽

@@NoahClark32 i got it bro... I'll start these both
You know I’m gonna say 100 pushups a day! Good job young man!
That’s right! Thank you sir!
How many do you do? Do you do set sets. Or do you just do them till you can't anymore. And how many times a week should I do them? Thanks for the vid.
Hey man have you ever tried swimming for a workout or do you think it will help for racing
Hell yeah bro full body work out

The goal is to be able to push the entire race. If you can't my advice is to pace yourself and finish strong
Not sure if you've covered this but around how many hours a week do you put on the bike?
