I'd have to say that child's pose is my favorite stretch. It's such a relaxing pose!
This video was so helpful. I'd love to see more mobility videos in the future. I've struggled with keeping my heels down during squats and this video was such a challenge for me, but I'm going to keep working at it and I look forward to seeing progress.

Hello Lucy, love this video. Love to stretching, it is like rewarding your body. My favourite is quite simple. Cat to cow stretch and child pose (very relaxing). :)

Has to be the downward dog. It stretches the arms, back and legs. I am always very grateful for a good neck stretch at the end of the day though
