    The vibe between you is wonderful and loving, especially as you spend so much of your time in close quarters working together! Old Cartagena felt like the hottest place on the planet to us.

    OMG just got to the PSA! As soon as you said people were buying snacks I screamed out loud - Nooooo - I see it all the time on the beach here at the shore - people wanting to feed the seagulls - it’s a total No No!! It’s not cute - they should not be getting trained into eating junk food and YES you will get bit!!! I can’t even imagine the damage of a Macaw!! Yikes!!! Excellent PSA!

    Every time I see videos of Cartagena, I’m reminded of the Michael Douglas movie “Romancing the Stone”!

    The "oh what are you" AKA Bob is a Peccary. A Tapir is about 200lbs heavier and short bristly hair.

    This feature of the port must be new. It has been over 10 years since I visited this port. Now I want to do the trip again. I do like the still photo’s that Dee took.

    We loved this port area so much. What a surprise when we returned from our excursion. Lucky for us, we still had a couple hours to explore it before getting back on the ship.

    Another excellent video. We found your channel this past winter and were immediately hooked. We've spent the winter and spring binging your vlogs from the beginning. We really like the Hangry and Towels on the Chair parody videos. Extremely funny. Thanks much for the great content!

    We on a tour we and and another lady got left at the fort. We took a cab and went back to the ship. Only time with the many tours we had taken that happened. We got all kinds of percs to make it up to us

    Maybe it is because I have not cruised much but I would be absolutely Furious GIF construction we're going on in the main pool during a cruise. I am of course assuming it's not something that can't wait like an emergency or a leak or whatever

    I believe those were tortoises they have more rounded domed shells and are land dwellers whereas the turtles have thinner shells that are streamlined for swimming. The turtles spend most of their time in the water.

    Love your pics in Columbia! Going on first Alaskan cruise in August…would you recommend cell phone for pics or camera? What camera would be good…thanks!

    • @parodeejay
      @parodeejay  20 днів тому +1

      A cell phone is pretty amazing these days, honestly. Only if you want to have some extreme zoom would a proper point-and-shoot camera be a better option, like the Canon that we have listed in our video descriptions that Dee uses sometimes. ~Jay

    • @parodeejay
      @parodeejay  20 днів тому

      Our "accidental" Carnival Legend cruise that didn't go to Greenland would be about as close as we've done with Carnival. We've done Royal for both our purely Canadian cruises, and our NCL Prima cruise had a couple of Canadian stops.

      We didn't see any notification that there would be all that construction around the solarium area prior to or during sailing, no. Just had to find it out the hard way!!
