Island Princess is part of Princess Cruises' fleet and was launched in 2003. It belongs to the Coral-class of ships and has been a popular choice for travellers seeking a cruise experience with a balance of comfort and luxury. Princess Cruises, in general, is known for offering a range of amenities and services to make passengers' experiences enjoyable. The ship offers various entertainment options, including live performances, musicals, and themed events. Island Princess provides a variety of cabins and suites to cater to different preferences and budgets.
We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021. We are relatively new to cruising, however we can now say we are officially hooked.
Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels. We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.

Thank you for show. I like it very much. She is older ships. She is beautiful ship. I like conservatory. It is good for Alaska and New England/ Canada cruise trip. Are all swimming pool heating on both inside and outside? I love observation decks around the ship. I hope to take Alaska or New England/Canada cruise with her or her sister ships. Older ships. I don't care about new ship Sun Princess.

Quick question...how long after you boarded in Southampton before you had access to your cabin and your luggage was delivered?
We were allowed in our cabin at 1pm followed shortly after by our luggage

Is there anything for teens?
There is The Beach House for teens between 13 and 17 years old but on our cruise there were very few teens on the ship so we didn’t notice much in the programme
