The above ground pool with a deck around has less maintenance, cheaper to build, faster to build, and easier to repair.
I totally get the appeal of an above ground pool, that just wasn't a good fit for our family!

No she didn't. Depending on location, a regular pool can start around 60k. And her inspo wasn't regular.
Yes she did!!Every single thing she described was charged excessively!! Gunite/Masonry 14k/Yard restoration 6k/Equipment 11k/ Tile3k. Location matters of course but again, these numbers are outrageous in my opinion.
