We are so many and all of us are crazy about VFX and passionate but the problem is you don't have so many places and you take three to four every year :(
I left my friends, my job and my country to move to London to work in VFX and I have very good experience in graphic design/filming etc. but I found out the competition is so high and difficult to find a place, so many places asking for people to work as junior but they need to have 3-year experience minimum! how come? :(
I've done so many courses and done many small projects in 3D and compositing and spent hundreds of hours learning and working but yet I feel it's not possible to access this field.
