I’ve been in the darkness too lately but I feel The light within me but it don’t want to come out. I need help.
just find TAO TE CHING audiobook on yt and listen a few times in spare time to get an understanding of it, then when needed later at times in life. best when in states of open root or crown chakra, as it gives wisdom that has many meanings. either way, it helps you to stabilize both chakras to not go too far either way and block up chakras. should help with trying times. great to listen to those words while walking but you might notice odd occurances like natural things seeming more "designed". and designed things seeming more "natural".

So I seen and felt it like this.. when your opening or utilizing a chakra too much your blowing the fuse and it no longer is working in balance hence then it can try to balance out by utilizing situations/circumstances to show or shine light on something you need to focus on ..so he talked about imagination and not being enough grounded in the NOW reality therefore your chakra or as I see it energy portal in which your collecting ideas from starts gravitating to areas where the next chakra can become activated. Then your like damn I can't be imaginative i have to be grounded asf or I have to stop being grounded and be more social or sacral chakra etc. Again that's how I interpreted it
