I absolutely ADORE watching enthusiasm and excitement like we saw from Satoshi in this video. I was having a pretty rough night, but watching this made me smile.
What a wonderful episode!!! Here in India too there is an entire sub-culture around trains that has its own literature, social norms, foods and artefacts. Riding unreserved 1200 kms from university to home...on a sudden decision in the hostel...staying awake all night huddled around the vestibule and doors...eating hot snacks at all the stations...those are abiding memories. 🙂
We used to have cans that open with a tool like that in the United States a long time ago. I feel so nostalgic, because my grandmother used to get some of those! Here we have canned corned beef hash with tiny diced potatoes in it. It’s probably not as good as the fresh stuff, but the canned is pretty tasty. I like to add diced onion to mine when I heat it up, and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese. I may add some to my grocery delivery now for nostalgia’s sake!
Awwwww I loved this!!! Seeing how Shinichi's face lit up every time he ate a particular food that tasted amazing, to Satoshi's eyes sparkling from happiness and love from being on a train and experiencing an incredible day. The ending was fantastic! Keep up the great work you two!! 🤗
I enjoyed watching this collab video. The bar owner put a lot of thought in the details. Satoshi's train story was so sweet. Thanks for another awesome video.
I really enjoyed this video and how excited Satoshi was. His English is getting much better. This is the most interesting bar I have ever seen. Thank you guys for sharing with us.
Haha... chicken balls...and for a moment there I thought Shinichi was really on a train. I think I saw Satoshi blush during his story . I like the uniforms at the end... Nice touch ending the video in uniform! Overall a great experience.
That was fun and informative! Thank you Satoshi, Shinichi, and Ai (and the shop owner) for such an interesting and happy diversion. I never thought I'd ever crave canned food. ツ And thank you, Satoshi, for your endearing story of love on a train as a teenager. You're really opening up about personal things, as you said you would. I truly appreciate that.
What a fun Trio today ..you guys made me smile and laugh all the way over here in the USA ..the place is awesome all the food and drinks look super great.. thank you for your energy and your happiness..
I loved this! Satoshi really made me laugh about his memories on the train. I always enjoy trains for that reason because you can have some pretty unique experiences. All the cans looked great by the way. The only thing I'd include is rice, then it's complete 👍👍👍
I love seeing Santoshi brightened up when he was talking about his crush on the train. You can feel his adoration to the guy. Sinichi and the lady was excited like they are too drunk! I love the positivity guys!!! Keep it up!!!
Wow, it's really just so nice and heartwarming to see Satoshi so genuinely excited and almost giddy like a kid in a candy store. You can really tell how important and meaningful the subject is to him. The memory he shared with us was really something special and I feel honored he shared it with us in the video! I really loved this video hands down one of my favorites of yours. I just really love when you go out on little adventures and show us unique experiences like this! Keep up the great work!
What a neat experience! Thanks for sharing. Also, I really enjoyed hearing the memories from everyone. Oh, and Satoshi's excitement about trains is darling :)
I like in southern illinois and there are corn fields everywhere. Right now is the start of the season for fresh corn. We get sweet bi color corn white/yellow it's very sweet delicious
This is absolutely fantastic! I love KIHA! It's so fun to see all three of you there - Satoshi, Shinichi, and Ai. The snacks look wonderful. Since Satoshi loves trains so much, this seems like the perfect place for him. Maybe you can reserve it for his birthday next year and have a party there! Thanks for the video. :-)
@TabiEats I just watched Ai's video. I would love to see you two try cooking with dagashi treats. Maybe Satoshi should try cooking with Umaibo...would they work as a crust on cooked fish or vegetables, for instance? I bet you two can come up with some clever ideas. Shinichi needs to find a way to come up with a dessert recipe. There are so many options with such a variety of dagashi! I wish I could magically come to Japan and visit many places, and that bar is one of them. It would be fun to try all those dagashi treats!!!
Okay, this place is awesome. I love it when a passionate hobbyist is able to share their hobby *and* make a living doing so. This is one of the most enjoyable videos you've done that I've seen. All three of you *and* the owner, rock.
Funny to see how corned beef is so different around the world. Here in the Netherlands corned beef is usually a luncheon meat you are supposed to put on a slice of bread. One day you really need to come to the Netherlands, because in the city of Utrecht there is a museum dedicated to trains....just to quench Satoshi's thirst for trains...LOL Happy to see Ai in your videos back again and I know I am going to enjoy the series you are doing with this very funny lady....the way she reacts always puts a smile on my face. Thank you for yet again another great video.
wow this was such a awesome video i loved hearing about the memories of your train trips and satoshi i love how you love trains and all the informations you know about trains and how much research you did on this place and love how excited all you were and the food you tried such a unique fun place wish we had this type of thing where i lived
How fun was this episode! I love how Japan really gets in to these themed atmospheres 100%! Can be enjoyed from adults to children! More of these please!!😀 plus, it was fun watching the q and a of train memories!! Great job!!
I have a lot of memories about trains, growing up in Minnesota. My dad helped to run a volunteer tourist railroad in Duluth, so every weekend I was helping to sell souvenirs or playing with the other kids in the caboose. My dad taught me to jump on and off of the train when it was moving, because their train went really slow.
I have to tell you guys, I just love relaxing to your videos at the end of the day. This video was so entertaining that I just smiled the entire time. Satoshi, what and endearing memory! And Shinichi, I'm glad you have found great pleasure and adventures on train rides now. Keep on making great video. I look forward to them!
How fun! 👍😀Ai was so sweet to hold the hot can for Shinichi. And Satoshi looked like a beaming schoolboy going on his favourite train ride with yummy food & drinks..kawaii 😊
OMG! Loveeed trains mucho in my youth and I still do! Grinning from ear to ear and just tickled pink watching this! I would love to have a train bench in my living room! Everything in this video was enjoyably
This collaboration has been so much fun! These places you found are so neat. Canned corned beef sandwiches on white bread was a very nostalgic favorite in my family! The personal memories is so fun.
What an interesting place. Corned beef in tins is very popular here in the UK, we mostly have thin slices of it in sandwiches. My grandmother used to add it to boiled potatoes and onion and put it in a pie.
I love the way Satoshi sounds/talks, he should look into doing his own idk asmr/food/drink channel where he just talks and describes food. Moreover the 3 of them together are a knock out crew!
You three have a great chemistry together , should make a special channel ! loved both vid´s , I loved the one you did before this one aswell , that was a great too ! greetings from Amsterdam !
Corn beef is expensive now in guam too! It makes me really sad because cornbeef cabbage is my favorite! spam and cabbage stirfry is what i eat now. Satoshi is cute as always. i hope to be as cute as him one day.
Wow what a fantastic Vlog You always put so much effort in to making them interesting and different to all the others on the internet You guys really are the Vlog kings🤴🤴and make me want to visit Japan so much Cheers from London guys🍻🍻
Oohmyyy Satoshi sooo excited and hyped about the train interior howwww cuute, ohh my dear, you Satoshi made me smile while you introduced us to the details naww. Wish you can ride one day the "Bernina Express" train in Switzerland or the "Glacier Express" I'm sure you love it if you google pictures. I never did that ride yet, because it's soo expensive but if you may visit Switzerland one day again, please let me invite you to, so I could do two of my lifegoals, riding the train and meet you and Shinichi ^^/
All corned beef in the UK comes in those old fashioned kinds of tins with the key, I don't think anything else does anymore but I remember when tinned fish came in a tin with a key.
That looked like so much fun Ai, Shinichi and Satoshi😊. I really wish that I could hang out with you three🤗. Thank you for sharing. Love you three🥰💖!!!
@7:40 we had cans like that long ago here in oz!!!! Interesting place for big train lovers!!! Love sake!!! 👍😍 Would love to get on a train from Tokyo to Hokkaido and have an old traditional ekiben!!!
Would you two lovely fellows consider a beer review? I really want to try more Japanese beer. I love Saporro beer. The only other i know is Icheban (also good). Thanks!
I really enjoyed this video. The train bar is totally my thing. Thank you for showing this unique place. I hope to see you in North Germany one day to see and ride some old trains and visit train museums.
The special way of opening the can at 7:25 is something I've seen in Norway. I opened a few cans like that when I was a kid. Don't know if they're still sold, I'll have to check next time I do my shopping. This whole video was very, very lovely! The train memories -- especially Satoshi's -- were a very nice touch.
OMG! This video made me SO happy! I loved everything about this bar. I loved all the details that went into the bar; truly awesome. The cans are a cool touch and you all were so excited about it. Man I would have LOVED to try that corn! 🌽 💕 I have never been on a train before, but I know I would have loved that place. Thanks for sharing and always lovely to see Ai. 😊 Love you guys! 😘
I must say that I enjoy your channel. Don't know why this is the first time it's been recommended to me! Just wish I saw this before we went to Japan as been to Tokyo 2x and Osaka once. Language is a challenge but you are making me want to go back ! Keep up the good work! Definitely recommending this to my friends ! Thank you.
I enjoyed this video, the place looks lovely and the three of you look so excited and happy I wish I was with you 😍 Satoshi made my heart melt with his train memories ❤
I absolutely ADORE watching enthusiasm and excitement like we saw from Satoshi in this video. I was having a pretty rough night, but watching this made me smile.
Oh my god! Satoshi's memory was so precious! 😍
... if i was born gay, i will travel to japan just to try to make him my boyfriend. Sorry, but not sorry Shinichi.
Falling in love with a stranger on the train! How romantic ❤️
Reminds me of a manga called Slow Starter (ichikawa Kei) or スロースターター . Two high school guys only see each other on the train and slowly fall in love.
Satoshi IS precious
Satoshi, I love how your eyes light up when you talk about trains and sake😍🥂 😍
What a wonderful episode!!!
Here in India too there is an entire sub-culture around trains that has its own literature, social norms, foods and artefacts.

I enjoyed watching this collab video. The bar owner put a lot of thought in the details. Satoshi's train story was so sweet. Thanks for another awesome video.
When I was a kid my mom would crumble canned corned beef and mix it with fried potatoes and onions. It was one of my favorite dinners growing up.
I really enjoyed this video and how excited Satoshi was. His English is getting much better. This is the most interesting bar I have ever seen. Thank you guys for sharing with us.
Satoshi's enthusiasm and knowledge of trains is precious.
Haha... chicken balls...and for a moment there I thought Shinichi was really on a train. I think I saw Satoshi blush during his story . I like the uniforms at the end... Nice touch ending the video in uniform! Overall a great experience.

The canned food look good. Thank you for sharing
I love corned beef from a can at breakfast...with onion garlic and rice with scrambled eggs
That sounds lush!!
I remember opening cans with a key like that! Memories!
Wow, it's really just so nice and heartwarming to see Satoshi so genuinely excited and almost giddy like a kid in a candy store. I love trains as well, fell in love with japanese subways when I was there in March this year.
Satoshi is such a peach. Adorable. Also, I love corn as well. For me, corn is like candy.
I like in southern illinois and there are corn fields everywhere. Right now is the start of the season for fresh corn. We get sweet bi color corn white/yellow it's very sweet delicious
Corned beef is now expensive in the uk too, I have corned beef all the time in sandwiches and is fantastic chilled then sliced and fried in batter.

TabiEats is now my favorite food and travel channel. I love every episode, so fun to watch. Good job, Sinichi and Satoshi! Love you, guys
The way you opened the corned beef was how we use to have on the spam cans a long time ago.
Okay, this place is awesome. I love it when a passionate hobbyist is able to share their hobby *and* make a living doing so. This is one of the most enjoyable videos you've done that I've seen. All three of you *and* the owner, rock.
