FINALLY FOUND ICE?!! Early but late ice… Brainerd Lakes Area, Minnesota (Crappies & Pike)

Went up to the Brainerd Lakes Area and FINALLY found some walkable ice. Earlier in the week, I drove around and couldn’t find any ice that looked safe enough for me to walk on… so, it feels great to be able to be fishing on the hardwater again! Remember to be safe and keep checking the ice, especially right now, some lakes are just starting to ice over finally and thickness can vary throughout any given body of water.
