Your teaching style is always very easy to follow along, thank you for that! This one is particularly cool for you did all the digging and found the good tools currently out there for us to play with. Good stuff!
love the format of your videos, you're a lot more creative then the traditional youtube AE content creators. would love to see how you utilize after effect's 3d lighting with the zoedepth meshes!
Very informative video, thanks! At 10:10 is there a way to make the astronaut layer 1. have a shadow and 2. Have the shadow interact with the background, i.e deform if there is a rock. Let me know if its possible and how to go about it

Are there cheaper image upscaling programs now?
yes, there's a great free one: upscayl.org/download (download from the site not the stores)
Thanks man 🥰
How do you actually turn 2D character to 3D like whole body for rigging?
You can do it using Mixamo - there's a full course I made a few years ago, check it out here: sternfx.co.uk/courses/integrating-real-3d-objects-in-ae/
I couldn't import the *.glb file into After Effects. It does not recognize the glb extension
make sure you're running the latest version 24.5 or higher
