I'm just interested in the lessons. I'm tired of all this YT bad comedy for tutorials. Are people that stupid that they need a bouncy guy to keep them interested? How about the lesson itself? Isn't that enough entertainment?

I bought this for an older OSX and AE and it’s very OS dependent. Have a strong machine if you’re going to think about mask prompter. Not sure what the AI is in this tool but it doesn’t work on any of the 4 machines I tried that are truthfully legacy machines. Still, a plug in shouldn’t demand more than need be and this is too much even tho cool
it does when doing this crap automatically. have you ever used mocha pro to do manual roto? takes a powerful system to use it. I have a i7 @ 5gigs with rtx 3080ti, using depthscanner, it maxes out the ram and rest of the system. studios use 30 - 50k systems that make mine look like its 10 years old for this work
What kind of computer and graphics card are you using that it was so quick? I'm using an old GTX 1060 3gb and it's anything but quick. You're on a Mac without even a dedicated GPU, I assume, and it's that fast?
@@giovannimontagnana6262 That's true and some would say more stable, more optimized and offers a lot in one package. Still AF has its other plug in that can do things one might need or simply for compatibility in a team work. Fusion is very powerful alternative to AF and arguably even more powerful, but has a steep learning curve for many.

Jeezus, that was crazy good. The rotoscoping plugin, at the end, you did add the rails and columns… do you have to animate the dot picker though? Feels like it would get out of the picked section after a few frames. A sort of ‘dirty tracking by hand keyframes’ if you will?
@@airyfizz 8-core CPU with 6 performance cores and 2 efficiency cores 14-core GPU 16-core Neural Engine Without any problems I can work in blender [fast], Unreal etc. But in AE with this plugin is not possible :D
This plugin is cool but still not complete in develop! Still so much bug and weird image when it can not roto. Sometimes it better and faster than Rotobush, but sometimes it more worst
I agree - I've tested it on both OS and systems and there are A LOT of glitches with more real world examples of footage. With objects that aren't moving much this works great, but add in some more natural and basic walk cycles and movements and the glitches start running away - will be cool to see it evolve though.

I have the Mask Prompter plugin, but it runs SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO freaking slow on my pc.. I have a good pc, do you know what seems to be the problem? Running the NVDIA version, since my pc has NVDIA... it's unusable on my pc

Looks very similar to Magic Mask from Resolve. Cool to have the plug in that can do it in AF as well.

Davinci did it very good in 5 seconds
AE did it good in 9 minutes.

same, unusably slow, 2070 Super
Yeah slow as balls - don't think it's quite ready yet. And glitchy as hell in more realistic shots where the object moves around a lot.
How does this work for objects/cars/machines? Is the ai ifnetuned for humans?
