The Grandma in the first case was nothing but a troublemaker. And the Dad was lying about not signing the birth certificate. There is a notary that has to witness the parents signing that birth certificate. Otherwise it’s not valid. And the witness wouldn’t sign if she hadn’t seen him signing it. He lied to his mom and that’s why he denied it.And the “babysitter” is nothing but a troublemaker too. She should be ashamed of herself.

I do question the signature on the birth certificate. If it was typed in, then that means he didn't sign it himself. But if it was hand-printed by him, that counts as a signature.
There are many states that allow the mother of a child to assign a father without them being present, so it is possible this might have happened. The "notary" is actually only a witness, who can be a nurse or case worker from the hospital, so there's no guarantee of the witness' signature meaning they had seen the father sign the certificate.
And seriously, this isn't a man. This is a little boy cowering behind his mother's skirt and letting her fight all his battles for him. His statements sound like a 5-year-old tattling to his mommy about things they made up to keep out of trouble for what they've done wrong.

@@johnp.2267This is so very true we seen this on this particular show so many times what a woman just puts a name on the birth certificate This is the reason why states like Tennessee and Florida are leading the charge and making it mandatory to have DNA testing before the father's name can be put on a birth certificate.
What's crazy about the babysitter is that she has the audacity to think that she is better than the bm. She is sleeping with her ex-employer and thinks it's ok.

I hate when the son's mom criticizes the mother of her potential grandson. It is wrong, and some things should be kept to yourself. I am a mom, and I love my son. I wouldn't do that to someone who could be the mother of my grandchild. I believe it is tacky. The mom was so judgemental. It is on record that the paternal grandmother didn't want the child to be her grandson.

First case the plaintiff and his mother needs to stick with one scenario, either the defendant forged his signature or there is no actual signature, it cannot be both. If there is no signature their claims of her forging it are proven fallacies.

In the first case, the father went to show his diagram evidence to the Judge, to prove he wasn't the father. A commercial immediately came on, playing the song: "It Wasn't Me." Lol.

I really love Judge Lake! She is extremely compassionate, understanding, patient, and caring. I know it hurts her a lot to see beautiful babies stuck with parents who will and have been creating a “no chance” future for them. Poor children.
About the 3rd case, I bet this guy is going back and forth to each woman, and they're allowing it to happen. Who wants a cake they can't eat? I pray that there aren't any new babies in this situation and the guy is actually manning up and taking care of all of his children.

3rd case with the guy having the check. It's dated March 22nd as his payday. The check is for the week he did previously like from the 10th-15th. He tried to use that as evidence, but it actually proved he was available that whole week like she mentioned. The babysitter/new girlfriend didn't catch on to that. The check is for the work he did from the week previously. He manipulated & lied to her.
I personally work on the birth certificates in the hospital. He has to be there to sign. The notary in the hospital checks the ID to the person and the signature. If he's not there or information does not add up- he is not listed on the BC from the hospital that is sent into the state- at least in my state, so his signature can not be forged. If she is single, she just can't add him.
2nd case. Father could have done a whole lot better than he did. I'm glad this chapter is closed for this beautiful smart young lady. Thank you Mom.

The babysitter is a distraction from Mr.Jordan living up to his responsibility and putting in the hard and careful work the relationship with his children’s mother that is needed. The babysitter is really a sidechick who made the mistake of getting pregnant for what is essentially a married man. The babysitter is attractive but she is not as pretty as Miss Ramirez. So is he going to let another, and likely better, man become the daddy and man in the lives of his THREE children and their mother?

Can we not pit women against each other? The villain in this story is the guy, not either woman. Mr. Jordan isn't "essentially married," he's in a relationship with the former babysitter. He's claiming her, not the mother. So, if anything, the mother is playing side chick knowing she's hooking up with a guy who's claiming someone else. Both women need to respect themselves more and deserve better tbh. Also, the babysitter is an absolute stunner. Both of them are beautiful, but as a bi woman, I'd notice the babysitter first.

In case #3, he is trying to play both women and the babysitter is grasping at straws to try and keep him under her thumb, to make sure she's not embarrassed by him, and especially with his ex-wife. She down deep really knows that he will still be with his ex-wife and that he still sleeps with her. She's playing the fool with him on the surface and wants him so bad even though she really knows the truth. Not just that, but the fact that she was a dividing factor in the initial home situation, really makes her desperate not to be embarrassed by him fathering this baby. She was hoping sincerely that he was being honest with her. She is not thinking rationally because she is in the middle of the situation and not on the outside looking in the way we are. 😢 His ex-wife knows that she can have him anytime she wants him and loves letting that be known, thus her reason for giving exact scenarios of when they were together on the sneak. Which brings another point 👉. Who let's a man that they are obviously crazy about, go inside a hotel room to "check the room out" while they stay in the car and babysit? Naww. Any room "checking out" would be done with me and my man and ppl would be staying in the car with their own kids. Especially if I knew they already had history. This entire case was messy. But, Judge Lake was getting on the ex-wife for being with another man and using a 95/5 ratio, but she was, in fact, SINGLE, technically, and didn't really need to explain herself. It was the babysitter that should have been explaining about why she threw herself in the middle of the family dynamic and stepped out of her lane. Really, none of them have given any thought for these children and how they will cope through these issues. I have deep insight into both of their feelings, due to life experiences of my own. I only wish they could see what I see. If they could read this and listen to advice, they'd understand that all of this will pass and will fade with time. What WON'T fade, however, are all 4 of the involved children that will realize, slowly but surely, what a ZERO their father really is. If the adults knew how crucial their actions are for the future of those children, as they are setting life examples for them, they would be able to put aside their own embarrassment, and the feelings of vindication, on both sides, and raise their children as siblings, which they are, and concentrate on making them good, well-rounded, self-respecting individuals and upstanding members for their society. Sorry for the long spill but I hope something I have said will help them to see that I understand the dynamic here and want to help them see the right direction. Please, babysitter, wipe the pain rolling down your cheeks and use it for motivation to dump this zero and concentrate on one thing, your child. Ex-Wife, no need to prove anything further to babysitter. She gets the point, down deep. As long as she's in foolish love, it'll just turn to denial to try and cushion the pain of what she knows is truth. Both of you concentrate on 4 people. The ones you have created and have been LOANED to you by God to raise for Him, and do just that. Give those innocent lives a fighting chance. They deserve it. And so do you. It just doesn't feel like that right now. Raising great members of society and self-respecting individuals will give you more satisfaction than a man can ever give you. Peace ..

I was a side parent (not a step-parent) for one kid whose mother was, to put it politely, not what you'd call a good role model. That kid grew up to become responsible, hard-working, respectful, considerate, and kind. They told me they learned what to do from me, and what not to do from their mother. As I can't have kids of my own, what they said meant more to me than anything else. That's why I get so bent out of shape at these deadbeat losers who abandon their biological children. Once you help create a life, they're your responsibility, period. No backing out. You do your best, and get help when it's needed, but you keep working. That's how my grandfather raised me.

3rd Case: He was an alrighty unfaithful man, who set it up to have both of them at his convenience. Then, the babysitter was led to a point where she believed she could be "a better woman" to him. He is a master manipulator. The check he presented as evidence was most likely for the "work period", not evidence of days worked. Sadly, just as she thought she was a better piece, she realized in that moment, she was just a piece.
Mr. Williams, you knew that baby was yours when she walked into that courtroom.
The majority of all of these cases are irresponsible men flying around like bees without condoms, from flower to flower, and not a care in the world about the consequences of their actions.
And the women are just trying to build a home daycare business and every new child is a pay raise.
