My grandma was white, my mom was bi-racial, but very light.. I and my ex-husband are dark skinned… all of our 5 children are very light.. so complexion has nothing to do with paternity… bloodline runs deep and can show up anytime!

It's so messed up she lied at the very beginning of the case when she said that he signed the birth certificate and then they look at it in the name is typed in and then she admits that she gave them his name and they put it in. From the very beginning since the child was born she's been lying and then the judge has the nerve to be upset that the man doesn't want to show any emotion after losing all that time. She never even told her son that there was another man that was possible and that she was communicate with him all the time
I think he was overwhelmed with his feelings. He did say earlier he felt sad about missing out in his life. He grew up in a time when men weren’t supposed to show their feelings and doesn’t know how to express them.

My son died six months before son was born…..with girlfriend. Mother had to go through hoops to have name changed. He had an older brother. That’s been 20 years.
Last case
I feel like she owes an apology to me as well for making me believe that he was the father. It's shocking how confidently she lies like that infront of so many people!
His mother's sobs broke my heart! Despite all his badass posturing during the case, I commend him for rushing to comfort his mother and expressing concern for the child's well-being. I wish he was the child's father. I feel he'd be a good one.

1st case: the dad has nothing to say to his son because of the mom's outburst of 'knew it' after all her deciet which led to real doubt that her son didn't even know about. It's a pity he let that stopped him tho because he already missed his childhood years and this is a chance to start afresh. Hope they are ok today.

I don’t understand why the third case was on paternity court. A mother suing her son has nothing to do with paternity. There are so many court shows that would be appropriate .

judge Lake is a family court judge not just paternity. So it also includes small claims cases and such between family members

This woman wants to fuss n fight with a man that unknowingly took a child as his own and has the nerve to clap when he’s not. She’s mad he don’t want to be with her otherwise she would’ve never went to paternity court. She’s in love with the other guy but he ain’t gonna be with her either.
In second case it becomes very clear why the marriage didn’t work. She talks over him constantly.
I will NEVVVEEERRRRRRRRR understand some of these women’s logic. 2nd Case: She’s bragging about how she sleeps with him when she wants, and how he treats her child, disrespects her, and many more gripes YET she will STILL lay down and GAP her legs open to him???? Him NOT being there for their child should be THE REASON she doesn’t give her body to him. He’s shown her in multiple ways that he doesn’t WANT her. She really needs to learn to love herself and be a better example for those 3 she has at home.

This sickens me that the judge would tell this young man to tell this guy how you feel that he was never in life before you find out. If he's your father or nothat should be done after you find out because he may not be your father. And that's the reason he doesn't owe anything if he's not your father. So don't blame him until you know.

That last case was sad and I respect the mom for being honest at the end, but unfortunately too many times these ladies come to court and are only honest at the end when the results force them to be honest. Sad case my heart goes out to that would be grandma and the baby boy.

The gentleman Lory is very upset about the fact that he did not get a chance to be the father he wanted to be. On the other, she was lying all along to her son, and still lying in court until the judge exposed her. This was the reason Lory was so upset. However, at the end of the day, Lory will meet with his son for a better reunion. The young man is an adult now and surely does understand that some women are deceivers.🤔

In the first case, I like the fact that the judge pointed the mother's role in the situation. It's easy to always blame men's, but mother's actions also contribute to the children's being denied.

In the first case - I know the woman messed up, but the man is a terrible person for stealing and destroying that young man's moment and heart. These are the kinds of things that damage our men. It would not have killed him to hug that young man who was obviously so close to falling apart and was barely holding himself together. I'm so happy with Judge Lake's feelings because I was losing it myself! I hope that boy doesn't let this scar him and keeps that man out. Having an unforgiving parent in your life is 100x worse than not having one!!
