I was so tired of the grandmother. She kept acting like she was a success story and blaming the young lady when in fact the young lady was pretty respectful. The grandmother has four kids and looked like she was pregnant again. The young lady had been living in the motel when she was around 18 but the grandmother had to be pushing 40 so all that over the top screaming and testifying was ridiculous

Mr. Smith needs to divorce his wife. The whole time these men are suffering, she's out here smirking and thinking this is a joke. She don't deserve any of these men.
My thoughts exactly. I also think she was likely sleeping with Mr Prater when she was taking her baby to "visit". I do not understand the judge not addressing the elephant in the room (so to speak)....she did not even ask Mr Smith about the marriage...the trust would have to be GONE if Mr Smith has good sense. I just believe that if mommy was NOT still interested in Mr Prater she would have left well enough alone...and IF she had doubts she would have spoken ONLY to her husband to decide what action should take place. I hope he finds a good woman because he seems to be such a good man and deserves so much more in a wife.
Wow .. that level of deception for so long is wild. His mom knew. I know Ms smith knew too she was just playing the both of them. I Don’t know how either of those young men can ever trust her again.
I was so touched by the Grandma’s reaction once she realized the little boy was her son’s child. And I love that the young mother came back in and let the Grandmother hold her Grandson. It was so emotional through out, seemed like so much pain in the Grandmother and the young woman. I believe this will all work out, and I pray healing and peace for all of them. ♥️🙏
The first one made me emotional as well. ❤Bless the 4 of them. Grandma has endless love, she is so strong such a great woman who shows her love without any doubt she is a Queen. Let's all hope they have a strong good life together forever❤👑👑👑👑❤❤❤
She tells her son to speak up but she won’t be quiet long enough for him to speak up. After awhile , I started rolling my eyes every time she spoke. Cut the drama 🤦🏽♀️
Typical son husband. She's an enabler. How she was acting with her new found grandson, is why her son is where he is. Immature and irresponsible. It's clear to see why she's a single mother.
I find it so interesting when married people separate and act like because of that they are no longer married. You’re still married until you’re divorced.
The day the system gonna stop supporting American women who keep sleeping around, having kids and don’t even know who the father is , women gonna keep their legs close and stop sleeping around with any men who give them attention
These are great learning shows. I had my girls watch when they were young teens. Wanted them to see the results of bad choices. Now they are in their 20' working on their careers. THANK YOU JUDGE LAKE!
The first case is exactly what's wrong with these males. Overly involved mothers fighting tooth & nail for their sons to avoid accountability for their actions. She had more fire & conviction for the girl expecting her to shoulder motherhood alone than the immature, irresponsible, derelict male she raised. Sad.
It truly baffles me. 2 was tough, and I HAVE supportive family. My ex husband has almost always contributed financially as well...but I REFUSE to have more because I wouldn't want to shortchange the 2 I already have.
Wait a minute. She was this denying this child. Disrespecting this woman. Now, she is breaking down crying, talking about she never saw her grandchild if she was a real woman before she started making accusation and trying to belittle the woman she should have asked to see the child, whether she knew or not, her son was the father. That's what a real grandmother does, not them, fake crocodile test. I don't wanna see it
You are so correct. As I said , she is a poor excuse for a human. Yelling at that young mom and telling her miserable life story was uncalled for. Find your own kids dad's so you don't have to work 2 jobs, and learn to have all 4 of them stand up for whatever situations happen in their lives. The fake tears and acting like she loves that child made me ill. I didn't shed one tear of happiness at the end . Hope that child will someday get to see his" oh so loving " granny on the video of this case.
Ma’am - of course as a mother you want the best for your children but if that’s his baby, let him be a man and take care of his responsibilities. 🙄 The mama sounds like she trying to re-live her life through her son. Weird.
😢😮 it's no need for him to stay in the marriage he need to just get a divorce. That little girl will be okay she has a father day marriage is over 😭 I hope his mother talking to getting a divorce from that lady
The grandmother in that first episode was wild. She's showing so much emotion, completely over the top with it, while he son is just standing next to her looking smug. Man, that's really bothersome. You know that grandma is going to step up and help raise the child, but is the father going to? He seems to think it's not his responsibility. Not a care in the world.
The second episode when the man in the back was like “then you know about em” she already telling lies about not knowing about text messages she sent lol
She is a victim. Stop telling her she is a victim. Let your son take responsibility. Because you went thru it you should know and let your son step up and do his work. He is spoil. I hate when people allow men to feel like they don't have the full responsibility like the women have.
Only victim is the child they produced. Both are equally responsible but the one who IN MY EYES made the biggest mistake is the woman. The way society is set up, she was fully aware of, and she still hung herself out to dry with a mommas boy who is a child mentally, and irresponsible.
She is so dramatic and isn't hold her son responsible for his actions. He is the other parent to this child and should be ashamed of himself. He gave up the future he envisioned when he made an adult decision. Now it's time for him to sacrifice for his child. He doesn't get to walk away while the mom does all the work.
The mother in the first case is putting the blame on the young lady while her son stood there and smirked and added his little 2 cents where he thought he could be cute the entire case. He wasn't even mature enough to have a conversation with the young lady or his mother.
How did we get from paternity to discussing his mother’s upbringing? It’s always the man’s mother projecting their life onto their son’s situation. Teach your son to step up and be a man.
That first case really annoyed me. Yes, she was in a similar situation and she made it - GOOD! That's amazing! But times are different, opportunities are different, and the poor young woman just wanted to know the truth. She accepted her part to play in the whole thing, she was understanding towards that woman's wrath, she never did anything outrageous.
why is the mother in the first case standing in the spot where he should be standing like she slept with the defendant lol thats so weird to me he was grown enough to sleep with her without protection let him stand on his own two feet.
The mother had to be strong but she needed family support. Strong does not mean people don’t need assistance. The boy is immature and so is the mother. I love the way the grandmother wanted to hug and kiss the baby’s feet. All in all I think they will come together for the sake of the child. Love each other.
she was trying to coach that girl into being a single mother because she is worried about child support. She said that she has 2 jobs and struggling to feed her 4 kids. She should teach them
no that was not her intention she just tried to motive her because she really thought her son was not the father, see how everything changed when she found out the baby is her grandson.
How annoying is the Grandmother in the first case? It's all about her! First she's playing the victim card. Then when she finds out her son is the father, she feels elated and dizzy. She needs to sit down, she wants to see her Grandson, she wants, she wants, she wants...
Right!! When she was talking about her kids I was thinking ma’am this is about you providing so why are you so stressed??? It is her SON who should be stressed!!
Why do so many people everywhere fell like because they struggled then everyone else must struggle too?? I don’t want any of my kids or grandkids to struggle BECAUSE I did and I know how hard it is!!! No one should want that for future generations.
@@Phoenix250.. it was extremely odd. We had to hear all about her past and present. Her four kids including 2 grown sons that she’s taking care of. Smh. That’s her choice. I can’t believe the judge allowed her to humiliate that young lady like that
I can’t believe how the judge allowed that last lady to stand there laughing at what she did to her husband. What a 🗑️ wife. And that brother deserves way better than her. I hope he moves on from that horrible wife.
The fact that they were separated at the time should've given her the ammunition from the beginning to discuss any paternity doubt. The husband loves her more than she loves he would've stayed with her regardless. She is conniving. She knew from the get-go that the baby wasn't her husband's. SOME women though😢!
I wouldn't be surprised if the producers are speaking in her ears, telling her not to respond . After all, this show is still for entertainment purposes. I think they purposely kept some drama in.
I think the judge should have put the boys mother in check for telling the girl to make a way to do it herself instead of telling her son now he’s going to have to man up and make a way
Update to my comment: the mama is too involved. She angry about her own life and situation but babying her son -I’m surprised Judge didn’t catch this in this manner. 😏

Very true and if they can’t do their jobs then they should be removed. I understand one or two cases of impartiality, however unfair, but it shouldn’t be often.
That first grandmother is why some men think they don’t need to take care of their kids. Her son made that child just as much as the girl did. I am sure she had hopes and dreams for her future too.
I’m a little salty about the 1st case, his mama stood there with all that vigor in her voice talking side ways to the young lady and didn’t have that same energy for her son who Was Equally Responsible… I would have left that court room with no other words for that lady and her son. I would have taken some time to center myself and my spirit before I would have let either one of them see my baby.. God bless them
Seeing that woman with her grandchild brought me to tears. That little boy is so blessed to have her! I think she is going to give that young lady the strength that she needs to be a survivor.
Mama need to have a seat cause just cause she didn’t ask for help doesn’t mean this young lady don’t need to ask for help. She didn’t ask for help because she didn’t want to, this young girl is asking for help she gonna get it. So mama better have a seat and put her son in check.
The grandmother in the first case needs to step out of the way and make her son take care of his responsibilities. She coddles him, and he is responsible for his future. She has to let go so he can reach the goals that she wants for him.

I can tell the boys mom is upset because SHE knows , he’s not going to be man enough to step up and take accountability & do his part so Grammy is going to be the one having to step up and take care of his responsibilities
And barely let her son touch his child
I agree... the judge could've said more in support of the young mother
Oh dear that woman (sons mother) is a nightmare to listen to.
The mom is talking like she is a rags to riches story. Ma'am, you were homeless and staying in the same motel as the child's mother. Stop trying to school her and show some compassion.
So, the young lady and the little boy have been homeless? And the little boy is 15 months old and yet she's never held him? Incredible... was it all for show? I mean the "I'm going to faint" show she was putting on. Kissing his toes when you never bothered even meeting him for 15 MONTHS!
The way she kissed those little feet shows that baby is going to be surrounded by love and joy.
No, mom is a drama queen. I predict lots of headache for the mother.
That poor baby is going to be raised around toxic and crazy
The mom is mad because she’s by herself taking care of her kids but her son needs to step up and do what he’s supposed to do fuss at him like you fussing at her
You do realize there was another possibility right?
@@kingdjack6Exactly! It completely went over her head. All they want to do is blame men
Her reaction shows that her aas didn't really know!
@@kingdjack6they tested him already .. & she took accountability on her end . That lady s still needs to make her son take accountability on his part . She’s babying him and taking it out on this girl.
The mother is blaming the young lady for everything as if her son didn't play a major part too. She should teach her son how to be a responsible young man, the baby is here now and he needs to step up and be a father. He has plenty of time to attend college and make something of himself. He needs to work and go to school part-time. The young lady needs to keep her head up. Everything is going to be alright
The son can get a job,it's not all on her,the baby's mother. The young man's mother is doing a disservice to her son. This is exactly how young men go around denying kids that are theirs. This grandmother was full of anger and you cannot guide anyone with a heart full of bitterness.‼️
WHEW! Grandma was extra dramatic from that first case. 😮I know emotions run high but they both are responsible for creating this baby boy and they both can be successful in life and good parents at the same time. It will require sacrifice and growing up ASAP!
You are absolutely right! 💯

Okay I understand where the grandma(1st case) was coming from but I feel like she wasn't putting any responsibility on her son, like he didn't help make the baby
You’re absolutely correct, does Cisco play college football or work to raise son? Aedin
From the beginning....SPEAK UP SON!!Glad his mom said that! In the end...I am so happy for them! That baby and Son will have good support!
The speak up son was wild!
Miss Longshore is a beautiful young lady. She's trying her best. The young man is so immature and silly, and disrespectful.
The guys mom is trying to make sure the girl situation is as hers ..mam chill
I agree with your comment, Judge Lake told Cisco "no shoulder brushing"; Cisco's parents bestowed his good looks upon him. Cisco's son looks like his grandmother. Aedin
@@joelelston7236 Negative: The grandmother is probably in shock her son impregnated Defendant in spite of multiple lectures, grandmother’s wrath was on display. Raised sons…not one son of mine would’ve have been standing there so smug and disrespectful. My fight and all energy would’ve been on him. Your son knows your struggle and if he isn’t moved by it, don’t push that dysfunction on the young lady.
I'm glad and sorry that he's Caden's father...teach him a life lesson and mom needs to stop coddling him, he's so arrogant. Wiped that smirk right off his face...then mom wants to all of a sudden see her grandchild to take the shine off the child's mom...this is nuts!!
The mom from the first case was an enabler. She should have taught her son better.
What a drama queen she is !It was funny that she snaffled him and let dad wait . I suspect that Grandma will make sure that dad pulls his weight . That was one darling baby .

That heifer shouldnt be allowed to be around that baby
The judge should have checked the mother and son
She should have checked that 304 in the 2nd case

Absolutely! I wholeheartedly agree.
Typical son husband. She's an enabler. How she was acting with her new found grandson, is why her son is where he is. Immature and irresponsible. It's clear to see why she's a single mother.

I find it so interesting when married people separate and act like because of that they are no longer married. You’re still married until you’re divorced.
New ways of continuing chaos…ppl treat marriage like a temporary relationship/used wash clothes

2nd case: What a hot mess!!!
The 1st case is a Tyrone for sure
The day the system gonna stop supporting American women who keep sleeping around, having kids and don’t even know who the father is , women gonna keep their legs close and stop sleeping around with any men who give them attention
Whew..first case his mom was sickening and too extra. Hold your son accountable more.
I was furious with her constantly yelling at the young lady
These are great learning shows. I had my girls watch when they were young teens. Wanted them to see the results of bad choices. Now they are in their 20' working on their careers. THANK YOU JUDGE LAKE!
Whatever it takes sis! WHATEVER it takes! WON'T HE DO IT?!!! Congrats to you and your young women! 👏👏👏🙏

The first case was so powerful omg
The first case is exactly what's wrong with these males. Overly involved mothers fighting tooth & nail for their sons to avoid accountability for their actions.
She had more fire & conviction for the girl expecting her to shoulder motherhood alone than the immature, irresponsible, derelict male she raised. Sad.

This is something I cram to understand. Why do women, experiencing hardship, willingly have more children.

The mom in the first case was talking about herself NONSTOPPPP
She want the girl to suffer as a single mother like what she went through
Righttttt, I kept saying…Lady this is not about you😒
Seems like there's a reason none of her kids fathers stayed... She's a "strong" woman. And has some weak sons because of it.
VERY unstable
I think is was really great of that man to say his daughter will have two fathers because he knows the other man has a relationship with her.
She did all that now it’s my grand baby child please for the camera 😂
She should have that SAME ENERGY for her DISRESPECTFUL son!
Ma’am - of course as a mother you want the best for your children but if that’s his baby, let him be a man and take care of his responsibilities. 🙄 The mama sounds like she trying to re-live her life through her son. Weird.

He's a kid. All kids act silly
She already said, she will be responsible for the child. 🙈
mmp LP l moo hi😅
The judge should've made his Mother SIT DOWN!!!!
Im not sure if it was a typo. No one is a victim, besides the child
Only victim is the child they produced. Both are equally responsible but the one who IN MY EYES made the biggest mistake is the woman. The way society is set up, she was fully aware of, and she still hung herself out to dry with a mommas boy who is a child mentally, and irresponsible.
16:19 - GIRL CALM TF DOWN!
She is so dramatic and isn't hold her son responsible for his actions. He is the other parent to this child and should be ashamed of himself. He gave up the future he envisioned when he made an adult decision. Now it's time for him to sacrifice for his child. He doesn't get to walk away while the mom does all the work.
The first little boy is so precious 🥹😭 I could’ve cried!
I love how everyone huddled together at the end of the first case.
Same here. Grandmother's not letting that go nowhere
The grandmother is more intuded with the baby than the son. She needs to let him take responsibility for his son
FIRST CASE! He talking real slick to be up there with his mother, big man letting his mother talk for him.. COWARD
Agree... the judge should have had the skills to stop that...
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You see gramma love him already
Aww I'm so happy when the grandson came out and thry all.hugged ❤
That first case really annoyed me. Yes, she was in a similar situation and she made it - GOOD! That's amazing! But times are different, opportunities are different, and the poor young woman just wanted to know the truth. She accepted her part to play in the whole thing, she was understanding towards that woman's wrath, she never did anything outrageous.
She didn’t really make it or learn her lesson. She later revealed that she now has 4 kids and was recently homeless again.
The first case, I got tears😢 ... this little boy will have so much ❤️ love ❤️
That mother is a DRAMA QUEEN! That was exhausting. Yikes
His mother making it all about her is so selfish
why is the mother in the first case standing in the spot where he should be standing like she slept with the defendant lol thats so weird to me he was grown enough to sleep with her without protection let him stand on his own two feet.
Oh this is nice am in tears as a parent, she explained how she struggled to bring up his son

I can’t believe how the judge allowed that last lady to stand there laughing at what she did to her husband. What a 🗑️ wife. And that brother deserves way better than her. I hope he moves on from that horrible wife.
That woman is a beautiful looking she devil.
If he don't divorce his wife he would be miserable in his marriage😢. He needs to get away from that lady
That first episode was too intense 😢
This is why parents don’t need to be in the court room when their children are grown you never know, but so quick to say it’s not
I think the judge should have put the boys mother in check for telling the girl to make a way to do it herself instead of telling her son now he’s going to have to man up and make a way

That first grandmother is why some men think they don’t need to take care of their kids. Her son made that child just as much as the girl did. I am sure she had hopes and dreams for her future too.
Mama from the first case was mollycoddling her son while asking the poor girl to woman up and take care of her son.

I don’t like how they just on her about this. He just as responsible
