Is that turbinado sugar or real brown sugar. Those grains are big for regular light or dark brown sugar. Can you show that box or bag it comes in please
tried this but it came out a lil bitter, i dont think i used enough sugar... the amount of sugar and timing is CRUCIAL,if your timing or amount is off u can ruin your stew real quick, if stew chicken isnt made right it hurts my stomach or my head, if you made a video about making a proper stew with the oil and sugar that would help

You could use Lawry's seasoning instead with some all purpose seasoning..I know your question wasn't directed to me but I'm also a chef
