    you left the chia mix off the recipe, but I made my own and added frozen raspberries and the rest of the ingredients, yum

    If you have leaky gut or inflammation, (gluten containing) cereal and dairy products must be completely removed from your diet if you want to heal .That was an important part of healing mine
