    My grandmother is in one of those photos. I always try to find history of my family. Before and during their migration from Cuba to the US

    What is the condition of the facility now? I imagine it's like Havana Yacht Club, falling apart

      Well, when I left Cuba 10y ago that place were using by military people, only them could get access to.

      They ended up living out their lives in the United States, worked hard in whatever jobs they could find, had good times, bad times, finished raising their kids and died in exile but at least they lived in freedom until they died. My parents were members of this club and the pictures brought long lost memories of when I was 5 or 6 years old

      @@gloriakelpinski5858 I'm sure not everybody left, though. Some of the members would have stayed, for whatever reason. Their lives would've been upended as well.
