He and Alvarez worsened relations with CM Punk and AEW worse than arguably anyone. Punk blew up at the press conference over false stories they reported and ran with without ever attempting to get with him or any other sources to find out if the stuff was true.

@SteveAndLarson maybe a bit of a hot take to be fair but there has been MORE than enough instances of "THOSE OTHER GUYS" getting things very wrong lately and I do feel that because he was one of the only sources of info for A long time people have a hard time not believing him and his opinions.
Maybe a top ten things Dave missed or got slightly incorrect?
I know reporting what Dave says is what everyone does, but at this point he’s so consistently wrong about things within WWE that I feel as though it’s just a waste of time to read the word salads he speaks and writes.
Facts
The Christian debut is a prime example of fans wanting moments over a story. Christian makes perfect sense story-wise. And I imagine this is just the start of his heel work.
Also, it feels like the elite are laying the seeds to fold swerve into the elite story, as well as the tbs title scene featuring Mercedes Monet who needs to be treated like female okada.

The reason the Cope match was slow and long probably was due to Buddy getting hurt. I don't know if it was during a commercial break, but he was coughing up blood after colliding with Cope. I thought they might throw up the x, but he powered thru
If he got hurt they would get to a finish quickly, not drag it out.

I actually really enjoyed Dynamite this week. I'm not a regular viewer, but I tuned in for Kenny's return, and I wasn't disappointed. Still refuse to watch Rampage, though!
I really really think this was the plan from the beggining and we were all played, wich I liked. Even if it's true, they will never put it out there in the behind the scenes program. They are smart and still wanna save what is that they can save from the keyfabe, because it's good for the business. Punk said exactly that in his interview, he just use another words.
