My sister has psoriasis and the doctors told her any kind of shellfish to stay away from it that brings it out more
Omg MJay I can definitely relate I have psoriasis as well it's definitely a battle. When I first got psoriasis I had it all over body, my nails fell off, my teeth fell out and my joints are now bone on bone. Luckily I found a doctor who prescribed a biologic that works. If you don't mind me asking how do you keep yours under control.
Oh wow. I've never seen anyone have it that bad. So sorry. My sister has it and she stays away from dairy. She also takes tumeric (there's pills or the root or powder ) . Tumeric is great for inflammation. If she has a break out, she does a baking soda soak. Hope you're better now

I have went to the same beautician for the past 10 years and I still have to remind her that I am very tender headed.
My hair is the thickest ever and my texture is out of this world as well.
So the few times I went to a beauty shop that does not know how to treat me hair I will let them know in a heartbeat if they hurt me, especially 2 of them tugging away your foil and pulling like crazy, remember you are paying for a service and most likely you won’t return back there.
