675LT is just an amazing supercar and this is car i used as a example just a few days ago when i was talking to the guys in the Porsche group about GT4 RS. For me this GT4 RS is not worth the price tag they are asking over £250k and Porsche said 7000 units of them will be built so it's hardly a limited edition model compared to really exclusive car like 675LT only 500 of them were built. Rather go for the McLaren 675LT Spider on used market for the same price of the most expensive Cayman. No contest imo.

Thankyou for that you deserve big viewer's so you can afford a car like this! Dont change a thing just be yourself! God bless all🙏❤
Brilliant car, brilliant overview, loved it when the camera showed full image with you as a small caption in the corner of the film, it made me feel I was sitting next to you and it appears visibility is fantastic …. Stunning car for sure AND ITS BRITISH…
Had the opportunity over the years to drive an MP4-12C & a couple of 570s (an S & a GT) on road & track through work & thought they all drove well for their period. They were all spacious & well designed. I always had concerns about quality in the long term though and found signs of wear & tear as McLaren didn't have the experience of manufacturing daily road cars. No doubt as time has moved on they have improved somewhat, I haven't experienced one recently but that one looks amazing...... the colour lacquered exposed carbon is a work of art. 👌🏻
Absolutely awesome Peter 👏🏻 What an utterly stunning car, I’m sure that in the flesh it’s as breathtaking as it looks in the video. The sheer craftsmanship that’s gone into making it, the carbon weave and paintwork are utterly beautiful. Definitely one of the best 😍👌🏻👍🏻
You are right, this is the best of the modern McLarens! For decades we have been waiting for a british manufacturer to take the fight to the Italians; now we have one.
What a car, proper cool there fella. I know the road you were on at the start of the video out of Newbury and across the M4. Some very good bends and twists but a few good straights. Very tempting to go over the speed limit which I'm sure you didn't do!
Nice video, still really enjoying your content a few years down the line. The balance of driving footage and solo journalisic comment, devoid of any unecessary attention seeking or forced horseplay is fine by me. Enjoy your experiences because you are living the dream of many a petrolhead- oh and have a lovely christmas and peaceful new year.
If the euros come up that’s on my list with with a P1 to keep it company lol 😂 honest great vid as always Pete!! Shame cycle Sunday podcast is no more but great content as always keep it up bud always a great watch by a proper decent genuine guy 👍🏻
Peter…another of your best reviews…clear feelings of what the car is like to drive and live with. Maybe time for that lottery ticket! My only reservation with McLaren is that some owners are not as good as the cars…a neighbour is going far in the football World but drives a Fiesta ST…his footballer friend arrives in a 570S but looks far from happy in it…I think they prefer the Fiesta! Well…I doubt I will have to worry about deciding if I can afford it, but if I do, your film will have helped! 😃😃😃😃Richard.

Hi Ped Taking into account the limited time available to you with this car, you certainly produced an excellent video. The close up hand held camera shots captured the carbon detail and the fantastic colour. Great looking car and soundtrack to due for. Like yourself I will have to wait for the lottery numbers to come true, before even contemplating a purchase in this price league. Now to be controversial, I would be very nervous in buying such a car, with the current financial shape of McClaren (note recent sale of further assets from the car collection) . The engineering and design skills cannot be questioned, but some aspects of the dealership network and customer service could be improved.😥
I'm not a McLaren fan, think they look generic and the interiors aren't up to scratch but love your enthusiasm Pete, it's a great video in my opinion, because of you and not the car
Excellent video as always buddy. Much like the GT4 vid, you looked like you were enjoying it far too much!! Amazing car. Phenomenal craftsmanship from the team at Mclaren and MSO. £500k?!?
Wow this car is just breathtaking. I love blue colors. If I was Batman I’d drive this car. Fantastic review Sir Pete. Definitely a amazing car!! That’s pull over zip up sure looks nice! I love mine! Thanks again Sir Pete!
Odd to think that a car that’s so old can be considered to be the best McLaren road car ever made. Hopefully the Artura has inherited some of the 675LT’s dna. It’s about time McLaren had a return to form!! Great video Pete.
Have both and 675LT spider still pulls my heart strings every time. 765 is newer and faster but for my driving skills that extra is not accessible on a public road
Hi Ped, another great review. Always look forward to your latest content. I treated myself to a 675LT spider when I sold my business, fantastic car. Recently sold my 765LT spider which I have to say having had all the cars you can name sub £500K is by far and away the best car I’ve ever driven. Try get yourself a drive in one, you won’t believe how good it is. Decided to move it on sadly as I’m not convinced McLaren Automotive will survive too much longer. Keep the great videos coming.
@@jameswillard1 first off the 765 is significantly quicker. Haven’t seen any real world performance tests that compare them but the 765 is without doubt on another level. The acceleration felt bonkers.
