I struggle alot with stress enough that its causing my hair to have mass thinning and im only 18 what would you reccomend to minimize stres besides going to the gym?
Meditation. And it sounds obvious, but trying to remove or minimise the source of the stress. Also make sure you have a good diet and sleep, and don't shampoo every day. This will improve your hair health. But also remember that stress will make you into a stronger person if you are able to endure it with courage. It may seem really hard right now, but once you get through whatever is causing your stress, you will be stronger because of it. Key is to see yourself as attacking the challenge of your stress directly, rather than seeing yourself as a victim of circumstances.
@@BenWinney right it's actually proven that seeing stress as bad and yourself as a victim actually makes your more likely to die and ever since learning that I've tried seeing stressful and bad situations as a opportunities to learn and grow. Thank you I really appreciate the advice

Find something you would be proud to talk about with the ppl you admire. 2-Eat less sugar and carbs. 3-Take L-tyrosine and tryptophan for a few months. 4-workout every single day of your life.
I get told I have too high T by bosses in past who like me and family members. If I dont train or do mma or paint or like swing a sword-I get very upset internally. That in turn means if I dont do things I dont sleep and my body crashes. I’m interested in hearing anyone else with this problem. The gf thing I dont agree with because I get tired of the same woman or end up not liking my gf after time and if I dont feel she is a worthy mate I will not get hard as much as when we met. Had porn addiction as a teen-junk didnt work one time and it kinda cured me via fear. I am very hairy and bearded and I am good natured but quiet and it makes folks think Im a d!ck but thats okay. Any one know how to use the caveman energy to get smarter? I feel a “mental pump” when learning as well as training
I understand and I feel the same constant energy and irritation if I'm not doing something to expend my energy. You need something to work on relentlessly, like a project, exercising, fighting etc. Something to put your energy into. In terms of the girlfriend thing, it's normal to be attracted to multiple women. But you should realise that sleeping around is pleasure-seeking behaviour, which is ultimately childish. If you can't commit to one woman, that shows a lack of discipline. Find a truly excellent wife-material woman, and use your energy for other things like I mentioned earlier.

@@gloving4hire I have a similar thing with having too much energy and not being able to sleep. Haven't figured it out yet myself. It could be a racing mind, or I just struggle to relax, or I haven't tired myself out enough physically

Don't watch porn, and don't use social media much. Both of those desensitise your dopamine receptors which can lower your sex drive. Get good sleep, lower stress, and eat a nutrient-rich diet. Lift weights and do cardio. Those are the basics. You don't need to have sex multiple times a day and doing that can make you sexually exhausted especially if your hormones aren't on point. Look into lowering prolactin. This is the hormone that kills your sex drive for a while after you orgasm. Also it sounds brutal but maybe you just don't find her that physically attractive. If she's overweight, maybe find a way to gently encourage her to go to the gym to get in better shape, and to eat healthier. You should both want to be the best version of yourselves for each other. If one of you feels like they are contributing substantially more to the relationship than the other, it's only a matter of time before they get dissatisfied.
