Don’t mean to be crude but 300k dollars with no pool and standard decor is too pricey, especially in east legon hills, and I see all these overpriced houses depreciating in time, bad investment
The house isn't too over priced, but a 10% discount won't be bad
I like it when we all express our concerns on real estate investment in Ghana but Mr Tom, it’s not like you hear people say. Try and get on the ground and do more research on the market. This isn’t overpriced at all but it could have been less of our government helps us with the economy in general.

$150,000 makes more sense without a pool and also the fact that other people's windows are overlooking this property. No privacy 🤔🤔 Ceiling too low. Not enough space infront of the house and around it.
What makes it worth half the sale price, give me substantive details of why you think that’s the best offer?
Beautiful inside but no privacy. Houses are to close to each other. Outside is to small house took up all the space.
