Everything was alright until you went too far claiming that a eighty year old gentleman now is "fit" because he invests only 20 minutes a week on EMS. As a personal trainer I do recognize that there is a lot of science behind EMS and benefits for its use, but the way you've been promoting your service through this video is misleading, and unfortunately clients will perceive it as time goes on. 🙏
Is there anyway that I can use the pads to lift or build my breasts? I’ve just gone through two years and four surgeries of breast cancer and they need help so bad please help if you can.
I'd advise you to not use this unfortunately due to surgery you lost your breast tissue which is completely different to muscle tissue, if any thing would help it would probably be Implants, if that's not what you want but you just want muscle I'd suggest a bodybuilding style training for your chest, don't worry it takes years to get buff too so take your time
it was actually developed for old people who cannot move in their bodies, a sort of workout, thus can be used by anyone, but still better to do it just once in a while not everytime, bad habits innit?
Have you ever been to an EMS gym? This is not easy, it's a short but hard workout. After 20 minutes you are exhausted and sweaty. Even if you only do bodyweight exercises while wearing the suit, the electrical signals activate a larger portion of the muscle fibre. You also get a lot sorer afterwards, compared to regular training. I could barely stand up the day after the first time I went to an EMS studio xD I don't use this exclusively though, I workout in a gym most of the time. What I noticed is that using EMS occasionally (because it's too expensive to do regularly) I could improve my lifts, do more pullups, etc than I could before after just a few sessions. The deep muscle fibre activation does wonders
@@nore3 yeah, I had tried once upon a time. I had also weared suits too. Hard workout for 20 min of course not easy. I suggest you to do same 20 min work out without ems and compare them please 😉. You will see what I mean😊. If Hard working already develops muscle why will i use Ems and hard workout together? If I use ems not 20 min but 2 hours without hard workout. will it also develop muscle 💪?
@@st77able because a regular workout uses less muscle fibre. Since we have fast twitching and slow twitching fibres, and ems activates both and all of them at the same time, which cannot be done in regular training. Our nervous system does not allow this, and it's why we can become stronger even if we don't increase in muscle mass - our brains learn to use more of our muscle fibres. With EMS, more muscle fibres are recruited than could possible be without it. Again, after my 3rd session I could do several more Pullups in my regular training than before, despite not practicing Pullups at the time. Anyway, this is a lot of theory, I'm gonna get a home EMS device and try it out with my wife, measure both lean mass and performance after a few months, and post a video with the results. Because I can find almost no such videos and I'm curious if it actually works like I think it does long term
Did you get a reply for the question? I would thing that the day you rest a muscle group , you would EMS it. Makes sense depending on your age. I'm 66 and my recovery is slow. Sucks getting old.....lol

Agreed
The older person example they use is 63, not 80. I’m sure it would still be very beneficial since it helps build the core.
I've been using my yd strong suit 3 times a week for the last 6 weeks and my body is definitely more toned and stronger.
It seems fantastic, although it’s hard to know where your results came from. Because you was also working out while using EMG
Why 3 times a week when they only recommend one day to allow your muscles to recover?
0:25 never skip body day!

Good for rehabilitation but no more there is no easy way out there is no short cut home

@@nore3 thank you for reply. Hope to have positive results ❤️
so, how are your results aftet trying it out for 6 months @ home ? @@nore3
You lost the argument when you said it would reduce fat in problematic areas it is impossible to spot reduce fat
How to use ems in conjunction with weight training? Before or after weight training or both? Interested in muscle gain/strength now for recovery

Our muscles aren't made of iron. They will go fatigue and sore just like after regular workouts.
it's science bro
