Hello my combo is i5-11500 + 3070 Ti and 16 gb 3200 mhz ram. Is this a good build? considering the 5600x cost is 430 USD in my region.

In my opinion if you want to save some $ don't go for the 5600X... I suppose you will game at 1440p and above with this gpu, so won't make a noticeable difference if you go with the 5600X. I can only suggest going with an 8 core CPU if you want something more future proof 😉 an 5800X or 10700K / 10900K
