What noises are/were you having? I am having crunching over bumps and trying to figure out if its strut mounts or the control arms. I feel every bump in my gas pedal, and seems like the crunching is coming from under my feet. Took it to the dealership and they said everything looked fine..dont believe it
@@tn08614 I ended up getting new struts, control arms, and sway bar links and it fixed the crunching. I am still having issues with rattling under the car and rubbing in the front wheel. I feel like it’s the sway bae bushings or engine mounts because idk what else it could be. Seems like something is loose.
@@Golfkid3 not sure if it’s like the previous generation Sentras, but the bushings on the subframe tend to go bad and cause terrible knocking noises over bumps. It sounds like bad strut mounts, almost. I had all four bushings and sway bar bushings replaced recently and that pretty much eliminated noise problem.
@@AntonioBarrio That is exactly what I was thinking it was. Every time I get it checked out they say they are fine, it you can’t really tell until you take them out. It sounds exactly like a strut mount/ something loose in the wheel every time I go over a bump. It’s the most annoying thing ever and have been chasing these issues for kiwi 7 months now with no answers. The dealer quoted me $400 to replace the sway bar bushings but idk if I want to pay that. Lol Thank you
@morales232002 yes its normal. The slight play is from the steering wheel. If you don't see the steering wheel move, then you might have a loose joint causing the small play back and forth.

After replacing control arm . Is it normal to have a small tighny play when wheel rock and forth?
@morales232002 yes its normal. The slight play is from the steering wheel. If you don't see the steering wheel move, then you might have a loose joint causing the small play back and forth.
