Returning to your comment, I'm sorry to be blunt about this, but it reeks of "Westerners are bad" rhetoric which has ALWAYS been incredibly reductive and down right opposed to the actual truth of Japanese media. A lot of eastern media takes influence from western media, as does western media take influence from eastern media. One thing you've absolutley forgotten (which kinda shocked me) is the Album Cover single of this song (the vocaloid cover one). If you take a look of the cover the Black Girl's behind was a white tree, with also have a bunch of nooses. One YT comment that shocked me is that what happened to Judas: In the end after the Betrayal of Jesus and Judas being abandonned he decided to do the "hangman-game" to himself in the end. Comapre that to the album cover... I think we found out know what happened to the black haired girl.... 😰
oh my god………i didnt even know that “that” happened to Judas in the end and i got chills now……that’s why i didn’t think of anything about the album cover😭😭
@@averything64and also there we're silver coins too near the candles if you look closely! I forgot about about Judas his doing before his death that he returned silver (coins), I think I can interpet that the Black girl decided to quit being a witch hunter but... she did something far worse 😭
I didn’t notice. Also the Witch is wearing an earing with the symbol for the religious, sorry I don’t know anything about it, but I think this helps prove the religious meaning.
I wonder why the rain is red. The rain is bloody. I think, it also symbolize the witch-hunting. The maids (disciples) are running from the rain or going under umbrellas. This also can tell that their study, the witch way of helping others can be bad for her (witch) cuz she will be dead if she gets caught. So the maid is doubting, so she is crying cuz she is angry and sad that witch didnt makr her promise (Lets escape together "but you never came for me" in other translation of song). The maid wants to stop witch from doing her things (like healing others and so on). She's afraid to lost her. The reason why the faces of other disciples of witch (maids) are not clear, cuz the Maid is focused only of witch. She doesnt care about others. ("You can trust and lean on me, and you'll be alright") - Maid wants Witch to be only with her and live like ordinary people (like in story interpatation of Jesus and Judas Dazai Osamu). But Witch refuses. So why Maid feels like Witch betrayed her. So she "sells her for money". So they can be together in death (like in original story of Dazai, Judas worried that one day Jesus will be killed for his actions of mercy. So he decided to "kill him" before anyone takes Jesus from him.)
I'm catholic and I say that they are gay But on a serious note, I love this song and I especially love the relationship between the witch and the maid here! I thought the cover for the song on ProSeka was weird because it wasn't related to the original song but seeing it now, it's a phone being thrown in the water (which happened in a future 25ji story).
ohh!! yeah me too..it feels so complicated too..😭 i didnt know what happened in the 25ji story too so at first i also thought the same, like what was the correlation of the cover😭
I think maybe the correlation is the denial between the witch and the maid? The maid loves the witch but she seems to deny it and 'turn away'- while in the video she turns away through betrayal, the lyrics themselves are much more vague and are more like just wishing they could've stayed, but simultaneously denying herself. I think it fits what Mizuki does in the event since they truly care for Ena, but can't bring themselves to 'connect' with Ena just yet.
@@derpity-moons3575That is my interpretation too, the lyrics are more vague and thus don't necessarily have the exact connotations the MV has, thus the song Lower fits both this version of Judas' betrayal and Niigo's story despite them not lining up much with each other and using the more vague song lyrics to tell their own stories.
the song actually makes sense for mizukis story if we follow the lyrics, if we take the lyrics as if talking about mizukis struggle and ena trying to reach for them, and since the og mv doesnt have anything to do with the proseka ver. the phone does not only correlate the 3rd rotation end scene but also to an another song which has a phone for the cover, keitai renwa
Lower is actually a commissioned song for project sekai, so it was also made with N25 in mind. If you pay attention on the lyrics it ties with Mizukis story and how they feel like they're betraying Ena for not telling her their secret. You can tell that on the og mv the witch would be Ena while the maid would be Mizuki. "If we are to be separated, if we are to lose our way, ill make sure we'll be connected this time, no matter how many times it takes" references on how Ena won't leave Mizukis side, doesn't matter if they don't tell their secret or not, she'll keep waiting until Mizuki is ready. And it doesn't matter if they be separated they'll still be connected by the deep friendship and trust they have with each other. You can tell how Mizuki and Ena get lots of covers together referencing those type of things, such as Mobile love story (which is also a commission actually), Charles and Gehenna.
THIS IS AWESOME!! also the song makes a lot more sense once you consider who it was made for (mizuki akiyama, second event my footsteps your destination, where mizuki betrays her friend but lying to her so she could stay with her forever, sorta like the betrayal here”
I've always wondered why and how this song correlates to mizuki, but after all these layers of meanings and references it all makes more sense. Ena being the witch lady, and mizuki being the black haired girl. Ena being open and welcoming and loving, mizuki wanting to keep that despite their secret? Idk mizuki is such a deep character
8:53 If you look closely, it's the money she got from the priest. The red symbolizes the sin that Judas has done. Realising what Judas did, he tried giving the money back to the priests in a large amount of regret but it was too late so he went out to the field and hanged himself but I love how the animator didn't animate her dying like that, instead, just came back with a yellow cape.
4:21 The image is literally the "Last Supper" the Main Maid girl, is located where Judas was... That was mind blowing for me. I just noticed it now 5:09 It's reference for Yuri too 🤣
In the What lies behind what lies ahead event I think I understand why they chose the song so Ena is the witch lady and Mizuki in the main girl because in the event Ena kept telling Mizuki that she wants to help her that if Mizuki wants to talk about it she can talk to Ena but in the end Mizuki lied to Ena basically betraying her and in that scene on the school rooftop (this part is a bit delusional) the sun was setting and the colour of the surrounding sky and the atmosphere was you guessed it yellow the colour of betrayal well at least that's my interpretation
At the end when you show the Project Sekai album cover flipped, it was probably foreshadowing the event,"Saying goodbye to my Masked Self" where Mafuyu's phone is tossed into her aquarium.
Yes!!! And I'm thinking that Kanade is a witch that wants to save Mafuyu even if Mafuyu refuses her help and Mafuyu is like "black haired girl" that can quit (betray) N25.
5:38 I actually don’t think she wants to be the man She rather wants to be the witch As you can see for that split second she exchanges place and clothes with the witch She wants the witch to be the disciple and she wants to be the witch So it’s more (she’s jealous of her status ) rather than the guy she’s dancing with
now that i see it again, i agree, because someone mentioned that after the witch died she wears her hat and bows down as if she has always wanted to be her…..😮
@@udinchwan Right?. That’s my theory when I watched the mv I had another theory that she got her powers when she died I had this silly theory when I saw her disappearing 😭😭
In addition to this scene, others have theorised that the man depicts of Mary Magdalene who is theorised to be Jesus’s lover. Many have said the same thing about it, basically the main point of Da Vinci Code, it’s pretty hard to explain as it will take a lot of words but basically the prostitute that Jesus saved from being killed by stone fell for him and she’s always present wherever Jesus and his disciples goes and people theorised that Mary and Jesus are basically wife and husband who had their own family and stuff. It’s a messy situation and no one knows what actually happened except for using old texts which also left out a lot of things but yeah, if anyone’s interested I’d recommend reading Da Vinci Code
LOVE THISSS 🤩🤩 Something else that I noticed is, at 5:38, when the maid and witch are dancing together, it’s not just them dancing- they seem to have switched roles. The maid is now the witch and the witch is now the maid. This may show some sort of jealously the maid may have felt toward the witch; maybe she wanted to be her?? (Im not christian so this may link to Judas’ and Jesus’ story, I’m not sure) This is also further suggested at the end of the MV when the maid bows in the witches attire.
omg… i do think about the switch part at the first one as maid girl wanting to be her but i didn’t think much of it, but now that you mention in the end she was wearing her hat im like OH……..🤯🤯
If I remember correctly, it does link to Judas’ and Jesus’ story. I think Judas was jealous(?) of Jesus and/or angry with him. Because of this, he betrays Jesus and in a way wants to be him.
I feel like the lyrics are vague enough to apply to the original MV (which has themes of betrayal and guilt), and the more generalized interpretation (which has themes of secrets, loss and companionship), which is why although I think the interpretation presented in the video is extremely correct, it mostly just applies to the story the original MV is trying to tell, while say, the one for Niigo has a different connotation. Although the diversion isn't extreme as I'm probably making it sound.
yeah!! i agree sm!! i think when i filmed this i was too engrossed to the plot of the MV i forgot to conclude on what i felt the song was about in general😭lol
@@udinchwan No worries! Your videos are always so well-researched and explained and I like watching them (especially because I really like music lyrics), and this one is no exception! You still explained very well the plot of the MV and how the lyrics connect to it which was really enjoyable.
3:32 I just realized the fish-shaped earring shining at the witch. From my recollection, “fish” symbol represents Christian, which further emphasized that this song story seems actually inspired from Jesus’ story.
This song is actually based on a book by osamu dazi (i cant remember the name but) its about the betrayal of Jesus but from Judas' perspective. At one point in the book the 2 are alone on a beach together just like in the music video. Throughout the book judas begs jesus to run away with him to a cottage somewhere and processes his love. But by the end of it all he claims that it was all a lie (it wasnt)
What really hits me pretty hard is that if I remember correctly, when Judas kissed Jesus on the cheek he apologized because he felt guilty. In response to Judas kissing him on the cheek Jesus responds, “With a kiss you betrayed me.” I think this can be directly tied to you referring to the dance as the kiss which OUCH makes it worse… 😭 Oh btw! A note about the bit where the black haired girl is running and there’s that pink stuff on her. It’s the same colour of the fire so I think it symbolizes how she feels like she’s burning up from the guilt.
omg....that makes everything even sadder :(( so the guilt does consume them... plus in the MV she did whisper something to the witch lady so this is probably when she apologized ;;____;;
its also a song thats related to proseka (it also happened to be commisioned for it as well) so it has another meaning So you see, this song was featured on Mizuki's banner(gal with a light pink hair) and that it was all about how long can she keep this secret of hers, knowing it may potentially ruin her friendship with Ena (brown short hair gal), this MV metaphorically tells how it would happen if Mizuki told out that secret of hers Its a vague (and out of topic) explanation but Proseka is a really good game! Go hit a try!
omg!! so that’s what happened in the story…. this fits them so wel then….:(( i’ve played proseka for 2 yrs now but only for the rhythm game because i love playing them but i haven’t read the stories yet😭
Your interpretation of the song turned out great. Thanks for making me see the deeper meaning in one of my favourite songs. Also I'd like to request Phony by Tsumiki if that's okay.
10:27 it's also to be noted that in the mv, the white haired girl was the one that offered the dance, from the beginning to the end she was happy and smiling(the white haired girl offered a hand to offer a dance)
I actually think there might be some romance in it, in the og MV when the main girl appeared it was raining outside, rain means insucrity (idk how to type it) so in a way you can say she's insucure about her identity, when the white haired witch lady appeared it wasn't raining and a circle was around her, so in that way I feel like the main girl sees the white haired witch lady as the sun
ohh!! yeah now it makes more sense, because the chinese plum blossom’s meaning is kind of unrelated to the maid girl idk why…i can’t find the connection😭
Yes, I finally found a comment about that is Mafuyu's phone (it drowned in aquarium in event)!!! Also, Why I'm thinking that Kanade is a witch that wants to save Mafuyu even if Mafuyu refuses her help and Mafuyu is like "black haired girl" that can quit (betray) N25?
Idk if anyone think this way that the yellow ribbon thingy(?) on the black haired girl neck can represents what happened to Judas in the bible, since after like Jesus's crucifixion Judas basically hung himself out of guilt and yk the ribbon can represents the rope..😭 I love this video btw, lower one's eyes is one of my favorite song💕 it deserves a lot of love
from what I remember from info in the comments of some eng subtitle versions of the original MV, the plant used for the main girl is a Judas Tree and my personal suspections for the white haired girl's plant is the Star of Bethlehem flower, Bethlehem being where Jesus was born, basically translating the flowers as "Hey! This song's about Jesus and Judas!"
I feel like this is similar to what the main character in 'Talentless Nana' feels in the anime. Though the plot progresses a bit differently, the feelings felt by the MC are the same
this might not be ur exact type of content but this idea popped into my head, how about a continuation to this! since this song is mostly made for mizuki, i thought of a tarot card reading / analysis of their hermit cards and how it relates to the event story and song :)
One small detail that links the witch character to jesus is her earring. It looks like a fish - a symbol that has been used to identify christians. The fact that theres also a book in the video might be a nod to the bible (a book) or the fact that books may teach something, the case of the bible its the teachings and beliefs of that religion. Likewise there would be teachings of other religions that dont agree with christianity
In a certain part of the mv where the future maid is showing we can see a sort of circle behind her head, wich is the same one the witch had during another part of the mv. At the very end of the song we also see the maid wearing the witches hat, so i think that at the end she could have become a witch herself. I don't know how it correlates to Judas and i'm not christian either so i wouldn't know, but i think it was worth sharing.
One thing I always notice about the "I wish that were me" moment, is that they switch outfits (white-haired girl wearing the maid outfit and the black-haired girl wearing the witch clothes) I'm unsure what this means but, I kinda see it as the black-haired being kinda jealous of the white-haired girl's powers or she at least wants some kind of power over the white-haired girl But idk
yeah!! some people pointed that out too and now that i see it again it does look like she wants to be her, even in the end where she bows down, the black haired girl was wearing the witch hat :"D
THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS 🙏🙏 it’s super interesting, and I love seeing all of these explanations! Could you do Lavie (ラヴィ) cause holy moly that song makes no sense 😭 TY FOR MAKING THESE
I think it's a pretty intresting theory that this song is about the betrayal of Judas, which is probably one of the bibel stories I've been told that most times, and if I remember correctly Jesus knows that Judas will betray him, and Judas betrays him because he's scared of the church. This story is also a big part in the story about Jesus crucification, which happend because God wanted to sacrifice his son for humanity so we would all be forgiven and we would get the holy spirit. and Judas does sell Jesus out, and he gets the money but riddled by guilt he run to the church and throws the money at it and hangs himself. And while Jesus hangs on the cross he also get's betrayed by another of his disciples, that says he doesn't know him three times before the rooster has crowed three times before sunrise. But in all the story of the crucification is quite sad, but ends on a good note. One of my favourite easter stories
There's also the theory that the main girl desire what the witch lady have. Her magic power specifically (romantic feeling aside). In the part you said "that should have been me" the main girl and the witch had reversed position. The maid became the witch. The witch becamw the maid. In her imagination thats what she might have wanted, to be the one special and witch lady looked up to. In the ending scen3 where she bowed she also wear the witch's lady's hat as if saying "i got what I want, im satisfied"
abnormality dancing girl next! It has a crazy deep meaning if you decipher the diaries in the mv itself,,deep association with butterflies and i find it beautiful
thank you so much for this, i absolutely love this song 🫶🫶 also you should definitely read the event it was written for! analyzing the song with the event in mind kind of gives the lyrics a different meaning, but the main themes of betrayal, loss and guilt are still there :)
I really love this song, as well the book which is based on (An Urgent Appeal), which gives us the interest notion of Judas Iscariot been passionately in love with Jesus, and his actions were mostly out of love and also fear from the consequences. Unlike pure greed and evilness as the Gospel of John tried to portrait him (I believe it wasn't written by God, but by a man with a twisted perspective of the events). Also I recommend you to watch the musical Jesus Christ Superstar, specially the 1973 movie. Songs like "Heaven on their Minds", "Everything is Alright", "Dammed of all Time" and even "Judas' Death" are like divided songs for Lower One's Eyes. You don't need to be Christian to watch it, and the movie gives you all the info you need about the last week of Jesus' life. It will be amazing to see the girls of this video, doing their female version of Jesus Christ Superstar, or even male Jesus and Judas doing their version of Lower One's Eyes.
We don’t always get a song like this where the song main character is clearly the bad person. I always looked at song that have meanings, the main character is always the good person. I always saw it as the White Hair Witch was a fake Witch but the Black Hair girl was a real witch. The White Hair Witch then betrays the Black Hair Witch exposing her secret. The Black Hair Girl then runs away to escape. She then returns to make it seem the White Hair Witch was the real witch so she is burned instead. Ending the song with the Black Hair Girls revenge. This is not the story knowing this it actually makes it a lot more easier to understand why this was a Mizuki focus song. I found it strange that the game cover was a phone but at least I know why know and won’t question while playing the game.🐟
Hello!! New subscriber here, I just saw a recommendation of this video, and I immediately clicked on it, cause I always have a really hard time trying to interpret the meaning behind some vocaloids songs (as neither japanese or english is my native language) Very cool video!! The color yellow is symbolically linked to eternal life in the Bible, representing the fire of God, His divine presence, purification, and the anointing of God. Key takeaways: Biblical passages, such as Ezekiel 1:4 and Revelation 21:23, associate the color yellow with the fire of God and His divine presence.
i’ve been looking for your tiktok acc😭 didnt know it got banned. I sooo love this song! Anyway may i request to analyze the song “amanojaku” if you haven’t?
I just saw the original vocaloid album cover, and i noticed there's a snake and an apple there. In the beginning of the bible aka the creation of the world (?), there's a story about adam and eve, and they are the first human in the world. They were placed in garden of eden, God told them that they can eat anything that they want, except a tree which has the forbidden fruit that basically can tell you everything. If they eat the fruit, they will be kicked out of eden garden. So there is a snake which resembles devil or like sins, the snake then lure eve to eat the forbidden fruit, both of them fell into snake's trap and eat the forbidden fruits. Before they eat forbidden fruit, they actually don't use anything to cover themselves aka naked, but after they eat those fruits, they hide in the bush because they're embarrassed of their appearance. Seeing them like that, God then asked them why are they hiding like that, and then they said that they are embarrassed. God then knew that they have eaten the forbidden fruit, God then kicked them out of the garden of eden and punished both snake, adam and eve. If we look at the cover, there's a snake which is probably from this long story that i tell here, and we can see that the black haired girl is eating an apple. So we can think of the apple or fruit as the sins and snake as the devils. Fun fact: The snake's punishment for luring adam and eve to sin is to slithering on the ground. So how does the snake move before lol
The public execution could be a nod to the crucifixion of Jesus after Judas betrays him (the execution can also be seen at the end after the girl in the black dress betrays the witch). The scene were the witch is seen helping the woman could be referencing how Jesus performed many miracles such as curing illnesses
1:05 in the music video, there is a moment where the black haired girl is wearing the witch hat and the white haired witch lady is wearing the outfit the black haired girl is wearing. To me, this is like the black haired girl wishing that the white haired witch lady followed the anti-witch sect she followed because she didnt want to have to choose between the white haired witch lady and the anti-witch sect(???) Also maybe the discomfort shown is because she knows the identity of the witch and the man is from the anti-witch sect but doesnt know the witch's identity(sorry if this doesnt make sense, most of this is just what I understood from the video and mv)
@@udinchwanmakes sense! I’ve just seen a video like this before from someone who *didn’t* play Sekai, other than the way it was a Sekai commission, this is a good interpretation of it
Glad someone is finally looking at this song through a lens that isnt just the same old "Those bitches gay" one. There is so much wrapped up in this amazing song, it doesnt deserve to be just boiled down to something as simple as repressed homosexuality and condemnation for it.

THIS IS AWESOME!! also the song makes a lot more sense once you consider who it was made for (mizuki akiyama, second event my footsteps your destination, where mizuki betrays her friend but lying to her so she could stay with her forever, sorta like the betrayal here”
ohh is that what happened in the story…omg this fits them so well then😭
I've always wondered why and how this song correlates to mizuki, but after all these layers of meanings and references it all makes more sense.
I just noticed it now
5:09 It's reference for Yuri too 🤣
Lilies are the symbolic of lesbian, yes, but it seems there's more than one meaning, which is... funerals lol..
Smh the white haired lady shouldve danced with me i wouldnt have betrayed her/j
LMAOO me too pls
In the What lies behind what lies ahead event I think I understand why they chose the song so Ena is the witch lady and Mizuki in the main girl because in the event Ena kept telling Mizuki that she wants to help her that if Mizuki wants to talk about it she can talk to Ena but in the end Mizuki lied to Ena basically betraying her and in that scene on the school rooftop (this part is a bit delusional) the sun was setting and the colour of the surrounding sky and the atmosphere was you guessed it yellow the colour of betrayal well at least that's my interpretation
At the end when you show the Project Sekai album cover flipped, it was probably foreshadowing the event,"Saying goodbye to my Masked Self" where Mafuyu's phone is tossed into her aquarium.
ohh!! i didn't read the stories yet but if that happens, this makes sense then!!
Yes!!! And I'm thinking that Kanade is a witch that wants to save Mafuyu even if Mafuyu refuses her help and Mafuyu is like "black haired girl" that can quit (betray) N25.
5:38
I actually don’t think she wants to be the man
She rather wants to be the witch
As you can see for that split second she exchanges place and clothes with the witch
She wants the witch to be the disciple and she wants to be the witch
So it’s more (she’s jealous of her status ) rather than the guy she’s dancing with
now that i see it again, i agree, because someone mentioned that after the witch died she wears her hat and bows down as if she has always wanted to be her…..😮
@@udinchwan
Right?.
That’s my theory when I watched the mv
I had another theory that she got her powers when she died
I had this silly theory when I saw her disappearing 😭😭
I’ve also seen it interpreted as her thinking “if I were in her position i’d choose her”
In addition to this scene, others have theorised that the man depicts of Mary Magdalene who is theorised to be Jesus’s lover.
LOVE THISSS 🤩🤩
Something else that I noticed is, at 5:38, when the maid and witch are dancing together, it’s not just them dancing- they seem to have switched roles. The maid is now the witch and the witch is now the maid. This may show some sort of jealously the maid may have felt toward the witch; maybe she wanted to be her?? (Im not christian so this may link to Judas’ and Jesus’ story, I’m not sure)
This is also further suggested at the end of the MV when the maid bows in the witches attire.
omg… i do think about the switch part at the first one as maid girl wanting to be her but i didn’t think much of it, but now that you mention in the end she was wearing her hat im like OH……..🤯🤯
@@udinchwan 🤭🤭
I think you're referring to An Urgent Appeal by osamu dazai
OMG THIS SONG IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITES!! thank you for covering it 🙏🙏✨️✨️
im glad i can cover this!! ive been wanting to & i hope you’ll like it!!🥺💗
What really hits me pretty hard is that if I remember correctly, when Judas kissed Jesus on the cheek he apologized because he felt guilty. In response to Judas kissing him on the cheek Jesus responds, “With a kiss you betrayed me.”
I think this can be directly tied to you referring to the dance as the kiss which OUCH makes it worse… 😭
Oh btw! A note about the bit where the black haired girl is running and there’s that pink stuff on her. It’s the same colour of the fire so I think it symbolizes how she feels like she’s burning up from the guilt.
omg....that makes everything even sadder :(( so the guilt does consume them...
plus in the MV she did whisper something to the witch lady so this is probably when she apologized ;;____;;
its also a song thats related to proseka (it also happened to be commisioned for it as well) so it has another meaning
So you see, this song was featured on Mizuki's banner(gal with a light pink hair) and that it was all about how long can she keep this secret of hers, knowing it may potentially ruin her friendship with Ena (brown short hair gal), this MV metaphorically tells how it would happen if Mizuki told out that secret of hers
Its a vague (and out of topic) explanation but Proseka is a really good game! Go hit a try!
Lore wise.. Mizuki brown girl and ena pink girl
But its also abt judas betrayal
omg!! so that’s what happened in the story…. this fits them so wel then….:(( i’ve played proseka for 2 yrs now but only for the rhythm game because i love playing them but i haven’t read the stories yet😭
Your interpretation of the song turned out great. Thanks for making me see the deeper meaning in one of my favourite songs. Also I'd like to request Phony by Tsumiki if that's okay.
thank you!! im glad you like it!! oh, that’s already on my list i might do it soon ;D
4:40 I believe its actually judas tree since its apperently shown on the official Spotify thumbnail with several nooses hanging from it:>
ohh!! yeah now it makes more sense, because the chinese plum blossom’s meaning is kind of unrelated to the maid girl idk why…i can’t find the connection😭
@@udinchwanOh also i found this info from a comment by Machi Kurata on the original mv video if anyone is interested ^^
the phone is drowning no way mafuyu persona event reference
Yes, I finally found a comment about that is Mafuyu's phone (it drowned in aquarium in event)!!! Also, Why I'm thinking that Kanade is a witch that wants to save Mafuyu even if Mafuyu refuses her help and Mafuyu is like "black haired girl" that can quit (betray) N25?
@@UwU28 what
@@soapshiraishi Idk why? I just read again niigo main story and then I watched this video so this thought came to my mind first 😅
Idk if anyone think this way that the yellow ribbon thingy(?) on the black haired girl neck can represents what happened to Judas in the bible, since after like Jesus's crucifixion Judas basically hung himself out of guilt and yk the ribbon can represents the rope..😭
I love this video btw, lower one's eyes is one of my favorite song💕 it deserves a lot of love
omg….i didn’t know this😭😭 that makes sense then….someone in the comments also pointed out that it’s hinted on the album cover and now im shocked😨
also tysm!!! i agree!!🥺
fun fact, after judas hung himself, his head fell off and like dismembered from his body
@@AkiraLeshienwait really? They never mentioned this in the class so this is really new to me😦
Finally someone did full analysis!
Im in love with your lyrica analysis, it makes the story's plot clear.
thank you so much!!
i can already see this being your best video since this song has alot of stuff in it
omg…thats a high praise tysm!! i really hope you’ll like the video!! its my longest one since its 20mins😭😭👍
I’ve always seen this being connected to PJSK as Mizuki’s fear of Ena’s reaction to their secret
I personally see it more as the black haired girl being in love and wanting to be the witch and killing her out of jealousy.
from what I remember from info in the comments of some eng subtitle versions of the original MV, the plant used for the main girl is a Judas Tree and my personal suspections for the white haired girl's plant is the Star of Bethlehem flower, Bethlehem being where Jesus was born, basically translating the flowers as "Hey! This song's about Jesus and Judas!"
I think the lyrics and imagery of the stage reference passion plays
ONE OF THE BEST VOCALOID SONGS THANK YOU *Devours video*
MY PLEASURE HOPE U LIKE IT
I feel like this is similar to what the main character in 'Talentless Nana' feels in the anime. Though the plot progresses a bit differently, the feelings felt by the MC are the same

yay!! i love this song too!! im glad you like it ;D
so basically jesus and judas if they were doomed yuri
You should do tricologe, the amount of things to analyse ☠🕯
this might not be ur exact type of content but this idea popped into my head, how about a continuation to this! since this song is mostly made for mizuki, i thought of a tarot card reading / analysis of their hermit cards and how it relates to the event story and song :)
ohh!! tbh i dont know anything about tarot so idk if im capable to do this :( it feels like its something i cannot learn in a short time...
I read in one comment that the man the witch was dancing with was highly implied to be Mary Magdalene
I FINALLY FOUND A THEORY ABOUT THIS OMG I WROTE A BUNCH OF STUFF DOWN ABOUT THIS SONG AND I DEFINITELY AGREE WITH YOU
YYEAAA IM GLAD U DO!!
Omg 😳..thank you so much for explaining!
One thing I always notice about the "I wish that were me" moment, is that they switch outfits (white-haired girl wearing the maid outfit and the black-haired girl wearing the witch clothes)
I'm unsure what this means but, I kinda see it as the black-haired being kinda jealous of the white-haired girl's powers or she at least wants some kind of power over the white-haired girl
But idk
yeah!! some people pointed that out too and now that i see it again it does look like she wants to be her, even in the end where she bows down, the black haired girl was wearing the witch hat :"D
THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS 🙏🙏 it’s super interesting, and I love seeing all of these explanations!
Could you do Lavie (ラヴィ) cause holy moly that song makes no sense 😭 TY FOR MAKING THESE
Its obviously about a narcissistic person draining a talented woman?
Okaeriii udin its been good to see u comeback i hope you,re channel can reach 10k this year 😄
thank you sm for watching my vids always!!🥺 i hope i can post more & more vids and yyyYEAAA lets hit 10k one day!!!😭💗
thank you so much for this, i absolutely love this song 🫶🫶 also you should definitely read the event it was written for! analyzing the song with the event in mind kind of gives the lyrics a different meaning, but the main themes of betrayal, loss and guilt are still there :)
I feel like the song is a combination of the two potential meanings ngl
2:05 GIRL, I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO THOUGHT THAT!
I really like your analysis, should you analize "le male sorcier" by amatsuki? Please ❤
yuri jesus x judas

This song is so polyniigo
I really dont know that this song have references of Jesus (I am catolic)
