The 3 3200g will bottleneck the 580 in pretty much any slightly demanding game, the weird part is how it says 100% GPU utalization in a lot of games when clearly thats not the case at all from the performance stutters and CPU 100% usage which means the 580 will not be 100% usage and it will be bottlenecked in all even slightly demanding AAA games and others.
I can confirm, i used to have this combo, gta online would give you around 40fps around cities even lower in car meet. I changed it to r5 2600 and i can comfortably get around 80+fps

I think AMD has done some really smart things over the last couple of years, such as offering FSR to NVIDIA cards that would not be capable of using DLSS, providing true driver support for those AliExpress GPUs that have converted mobile 6600Ms into desktop PCBs, and just doing a better job of optimizing its older GPU lineup. But cutting driver support from the 400 and 500 series, while NVIDIA still supports its cards from the same era is just a terrible way of doing things, especially since the 580 is still extremely popular in budget builds.

Hello, of course r3 3200g is bottlenecking hard with the 4 cores. Some games needs 8 or 12 threads for more smooth and less lag spikes. Or just play for 6-10 minutes on Apex and then can be smooth.

On GTA IV is playable only when locked 60 fps, but more than 60 fps is like bug gameplay. Other games 120fps locked? Did you set vsync to off and framelimit to unlimited? What is your CPU?

I guess GTA V after updates needs 16gb ram to get smoothly gameplay. If cpu hits +90C temperature during gameplay, that's not okay and needs better CPU Cooler to get cooler temperature lower.

Well, nowdays none gpu is no bottleneck. If you gonna upgrade cpu after new gpu, i prefer to get a RX 6600 then later upgrade cpu to r5 5600x.
