Regarding your mole problem I highly recommend the following trap. I've caught 10+ moles with this, and it's easy to set. Just make sure you put the mole trap in their traveling tunnel, and NOT their feeding tunnel: www.amazon.com/Wire-Tek-1001-EasySet-Eliminator/dp/B000SDKGC6#:~:text=The%20Easy%20Set%20Mole%20Eliminator,all%20species%20of%20moles%20worldwide!

Great video Ryan. I bought 12 5-gallon buckets and I can get .45 tons of mason sand at a time. This ensures I don’t try to bite off too much work at once, and it only costs $16.50 per visit to the quarry. Sand leveling is addictive and I will continue to keep leveling my lawn as I’ve seen a significant difference when mowing.

Going to have to wait it out until next year to fix my backyard as I have a digger, time for some training! I've done two lawn renovations in my life. Installed an irrigation system, laid sod, tilled my lawn with a tiller. But the aeration and leveling stuff looks like so much work. Not to mention every year. Also it seem like as years progress you would start to have a lot of sand on the lawn. Irrigation heads would be buried in the ground and need raised.

This is on my list of things to do come spring. my lawn is so bumpy I have to go really slow so I don't get thrown off or damage the lawn tractor. What is going to really suck is that I have an acre to do....

I love how bad your neighbors lawn is and there’s a blatant straight line divide between yours and theirs 😂
