The last point on insurance is very wise. Remember anyone else in your travelling group; on the same travel insurance policy ( thinking family members wife/kids, etc ) will have not be able to claim on the policy, if the riding member of the group is injured , then *everyone* in the group loses out on being able to make a travel insurance claim; as the reason you are claiming is due to a motosport event ( which is excluded in the policy ) . And yes it does happen !
