Dark Souls III is a 2016 action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows. The third and final entry in the Dark Souls series, it is played in a third-person perspective, and players have access to various weapons, armour, magic, and consumables that they can use to fight their enemies. Hidetaka Miyazaki, the creator of the series, returned to direct the game after handing the development duties of Dark Souls II to others.

It doesn't matter how many times I've watched people play this game, it never gets old. Vordt has the honor of being the only boss in DS3 that has never killed me, and I've played this game like fifteen times 😂 His bark is worse than his bite.

Hello, Cambonano. You're playing in a two-skimitar build. You should use the two swords attack at the same time. This is the key that would be the block key if you had a shield. The damage will be doubled. And if you use weapon grease, it'll triple. I'm from Russia, please excuse my English.

So fun seeing a new DS3 playthrough! Quick tip, light left-hand attacks with the twin curved swords (L1 on PlayStation controller?) will swing them both and be far more effective than light right-hand attacks. They chain off themselves better than the heavy attacks too. Looking forward to more episodes!
Not sure if this has been pointed out yet, but if you can reallocate Estus Flasks (HP vs. MP) through the Blacksmith

Hi Cam. New viewer here for the adventure and with a like and subscribed. Don't worry about being OP. Soon enough you won't be. I would advise you to level up Endurance because you're running out of stamina very fast. With your fighting skills you're doing pretty good, but without stamina you're a sitting duck. The ring Greirat gave you can be used to prevent greater damage when your health is low. It's works almost like a shield, instead of a big cut you only get a scratch. The fight with Vordt was awesome, although like you said, you were quite lucky. But in the end, a victory is a victory. Looking forward for the next episode.
Sellsword twinblades is the best weapon you can use in game. You gotta start using LB/L1 instead of R1/RB. Cause right now your left-hand sword is there for show :)
Yes! Driving me a little nuts. You have to press Y/Triangle to dual-wield and then L1 will do dual wield combo attacks. Will be a huge difference.
@@kid4today1085 she doesn't have to press triangle, she's already dual wielding them. You're just gonna confuse her now.

No spoilers, but a tip for something you missed (for your next playthrough on your own). Remember the cage guy that was telling you about nana? He was trying to tell you a secret. Next time you play through the game, try to look for it. It's just a neat extra thing.
6:46 You killed the guy because he could turn into a giant black snake. It's like the first boss you defeated.

I agree. It was my first one and probably spent a year on it trying to get every weapon and maxing them out. I love this one so much that i need and want to play so many others but that makes me want to play this one again. Lol

In your inventory you have an estus shard thats for trade with andre to upgrade your estus flask
Great playthrough and first time taking down Vordt! Also, you can respec and change your character's appearance later, probably... Which is pretty common for these games. 😁
Those swords are one of the best in game. The sellsword "win-blades". Please attack with L1. They really shine when you strike with both blades togehter.
The only tip in this series I will give you is learn the movesets of anything you struggle with throughout the game. DS3 is like a dance that you immerse yourself into.
You can check how many souls you need for leveling up in the stats screen depicted by the human body symbol in the options menu.

I'm so hyped for your playthrough of DS3, it is such a good game especially since you already played DS1&2. Sellswords have a nice moveset, once you get used to it there is nothing like it.
PS. DS3 has many time-sensitive quests, so I guess you either have someone to tell you what to do and when or just go yolo :D

You went into the Allot Estus menu at Andre, but canceled out without looking at it carefully. You're not using spells, so you can probably swap your blue flasks for more orange ones. ❄➡🔥

There's something very special about you Cam. I actually do believe you're so lucky at times, but I also believe you're a very skilled gamer too! especially in Soulsborne games. If I didn’t see how you b*tch-slapping some of toughest Sekiro's bosses with my own eyes, I would have thought you're just so lucky, but no, you're indeed incredibly good! 😊
L1 is the attack to use with these OP swords. It's basically the only attack i use with them

This game is absolutely amazing, It has a lot of flaws and things that could have been done way better, but one thing this game is Known for, its the Bossfights and OSTs... A lot of the Best and most fun Bosses of the Franchise. And Second DLC is probably one of the best ever in Gaming. Cnt wait to see your entire Journey.👌

On the tower with the dragon are a very good sword in the left corner. Don't know if it is useful with your dex build

@@Cambonano It is but you have to move very fast to avoid fire and the flames. Unless you want to snipe the dragon with a lot of arrows. The lift puzzle where The Onion Knight was I think I remember that you get on and quickly off again. Then it goes down and another lift comes down. Then you can go up. You need to talk the giant Archer up there. Makes life so much easier in the upcoming areas. Also the one with all the large arrows. If I'm not mistaken there are also a point on the way up where just can get off

Try playing the far cry series start off with the 3rd one
You have tu use the dual with L1 with those kind of weapons you have to forget about R1 and only use L1
I'll try and remember! R1 is just a habbit at this point 😆

For attaking with both weopons at the same time press LT or RB. Don't remember now, because I don't use default settings. One is weapon skill other for dual wielding.

I recommend you to use L1 to attack with both scimitars, it's much better than single attacks by R1 and it doesn't take FP.
I've been enjoying these. If you have the DLCs then, after you finish, you can play the fan made Dark Souls Archthrones. A very large free demo came out recently. Everyone who's played it has been pleasantly surprised by how good it is for fan made content.

This game bums me out. I like it, it's just got a really depressing feel to it, more so than the others.
Oh my old friend DS3 it was my second souls game i played after bloodborne and after DS3 i completed sekiro and Elden ring of course so i could say ds3 in terms of difficulty it comes after bloodborne and elden ring is the easiest one
After all my fav game is
Bloodborne not just because its a masterpiece but its connected to Elden ring in some way or another

If you stop having fun with this game maybe consider taking a break and coming back to it later rather than forcing yourself to continue playing and not having a good time like you said you did with the previous Dark Souls games.
I think I'll be fine with this. I think playing them back to back is what took the fun out a little bit previously, but since it's been awhile I've played a Fromsoft game it feels good and refreshing to be back! 😊
